The cottage is located in a beautiful and quiet place. Nearby is the natural small lake Karagača, and only 20 minutes drive and Avala with all its beauty and content. The cottage itself can be reached very easily and quickly in two ways, on the old Aval road or highway (from the turn off at RK Ikea you have only 15 minutes drive), and from the center of our capital you do not need more than half an hour. The interior of the house is very comfortable. The ground floor has a living room with dining area, kitchen and bathroom. As well as a corner sofa bed for 2 people. There is also a tiled stove that will add even more pleasure to its warmth. Upstairs are two bedrooms, the first has 3 single beds and the second a double bed for 2 people. An extra baby cot is available on request. Your pets are welcome with us. It can accommodate a total of 7 people. The kitchen is fully equipped..glasses, plates, cutlery .... The cottage also offers a summer kitchen with a built-in barbecue that can be used in summer and winter and in the rain and snow. Also, the summer kitchen is fully equipped. Guests have at their disposal cable TV, internet, parking, towels (small, large), air conditioning .. It is important to note that due to the wind rose present in this area, the stay is extremely pleasant and relaxing. Come and breathe with full lungs in our beautiful spacious yard.
