Checked out the same day. Manager tried to argue with me even though I didn't ask for a refund. Very disappointed.
Pros:

Pics of the property looked a lot more cute than what it really was.

Cons:

Floors creaked, the shower had no curtain and shower head was at an awkward height, tub had no drain, heat to the room had not been turned on prior to stay, and manager tried to argue with me when I checked out early even when I didn't ask for a refund.

We would stay again
Pros:

Quaint place, despite the main road out front. Modern bath, comfy beds. Really friendly receptionist (owner?). The hotel is directly connected to the restaurant and you can enter through there, but there is also another direct entrance through the back.

Cons:

The surroundings don't offer much, but that's easy to figure out in advance. There is a Lidl 500 m away. Bus stop right in front of the hotel, or else the U-Bahn (U Wutzkyallee) is a 15 min walk away.

Room was clean and spacious

Cons:

The entrance was very sketchy and confusing and the reception was deserted when we arrived. Took us 30 minutes to wait including calling the owner to get the keys despite communicating our arrival time clearly beforehand.

Dachschräge, nur drei Regionalsender im TV, kein ARD/ZDF oder private, Zimmerservice unregelmäßig, Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt nicht ganz, keine Frühstücksmöglichkeit in der Nähe
