チェックアウト時間前なのにドアを開けようとされた。
おそらく清掃の方だと思う。
障害のある方を雇われていると張り紙があったがそれはどうなのか？
もし、鍵をかけてなかったらと思うと怖い。
もう少しフロントの方と連絡を取った方がいい。

街もホテルもいい雰囲気でした。
Pros:

今回2回目の利用ですが、移動ルートとして神戸空港を利用し、姫路より手前の高砂が翌日目的地だったのでこのホテル宿泊前提で明石を選びました。ホテルは駅から少し離れてますが歩けない距離ではないし飲食店コンビニも近いですね。落ち着いた雰囲気の街並み、安らぎ感のあるホテル、出張にはちょうどいいかなと思っています。

Cons:

エアコンつけたら少し匂いに違和感あったので使わないという選択しました。チェックアウト時にフロントにこのことを伝えると誠意あるお詫びとお礼の言葉がありました。改善されていることを期待しています。
