全体を通して良かったです。
Pros:

ロケーションがいいですし、スタッフの方々の対応もフレンドリーで良かったです。

Cons:

強いてあげるとすれば、港なので、周りにコンビニがないのが、欠点です。

今回は1泊でしたが、2泊以上して楽しみたいホテルです。
Pros:

部屋からの景色が良く、プライベートプールも付いていて素敵でした。ホテルから出てすぐに、大阪駅までのシティバスも出ていたのも良かったです。

Cons:

ホテルまでのアクセスがユニバーサルシティ駅からすぐのように見えて、実際には大回りしなければいけないので注意！

とても良かった！
Pros:

お部屋もきれいで必要充分でしたし、大浴場も良かったです。
施設内の公園も、景色もよく、泊まって良かったです！
万博までもレンタサイクルが快適でした。

Cons:

近くにコンビニなどがないのでその点は不便でした。
また、そういった近隣施設のお知らせがあるともっと良かったと思います。
大人2人＋子供1人の予約でしたので、アメニティなど、タオル位は3人分あると有り難かったです。

色々不満しかありませんでした
Pros:

フロント前の入り口に、バス停とタクシー乗り場があったことです。
（別途、利用したタクシー運転手いわく、朝の10時頃から利用できるとのこと）

Cons:

入り口がわかりにくい。
車はパーキング入ってすぐの立体駐車場に止めるしかなく、ホテル正面まではいけない作りとなっていました。
また、建物が2つあり、どちらがフロントなのか分かりづらかったです。
（立体駐車場からまっすぐ進んだ先がフロントでした）
※タクシーをご利用される場合は、パーキング手前で降りることをオススメします。

このサイトにてホテルを予約しましたが、その対応できる方が少なく、私がチェックインした時は1人しかできる方がおりませんでした。
部屋までの距離も遠く、フロントから一度外に出てから別館まで2～3分かかります。
そうしてようやくたどり着いても、エレベーター等がないため、階段のみで上り下りしなければならず、キャリーケース持参した場合は移動が大変です。
（実際、私もキャリーケースを持参していましたが、疲れた所に上り下りは辛かったです）

部屋の内装は悪くなく、概ね写真通りでした。
ただいくつか難点があり、例えばトイレの入り口の高さ。階段一段分の高さの、2～3倍はある幅は入りにくく、トイレ終わる度に、下を見ながら下りなきゃいけないのはストレスでした。

大浴場もありましたが、利用した知人曰く、広さ以外、家の風呂と変わらないそうです。
一応、部屋内にシャワー室はありましたが、こじんまりとしており、そこで疲れを癒すことは難しそうでした。

今回利用したプランには朝食を付けてありましたが、正直、朝食で食べるような料理ではありませんでした。
出されたのはフレンチトースト。使用されていたのは食パンではなく、丸いパン、そこにゆで卵と砂糖をかけた一風変わったフレンチトーストでした。
味自体は美味しかったものの、寝起きのお腹にこの料理はつらすぎました。

『総じて、ここはホテルであってホテルではない』

ヨットやボートを楽しみたい方が遊びに来て、ついでに泊まるようなホテルでした。
駅からも遠く、ホテルとして利用するには利便性が悪いように感じました。
バス自体は出ているものの、最寄りの桜島駅から直通のバスは出ておらず、10分以上歩く必要がございました。
また、タクシーを利用したくとも、1回の利用につき2～3000円の料金がかかるため、気軽に利用できないのがネックでした。
