Wrong room broken bed frame broken security lock. Breakfast was toast and yogurt and waffles nothing like advertised.

Carpets and paint in the hallways are old.

Vending machine dispensed hot drinks
Extra fees wore me out
Almost 6,000$ for 2 rooms for 3 weeks
Kinda dirty stained blankets and dust ruffles,thin blankets had to buy extra
Floors are coming apart
Refrigerator in room barely working
Tv had to go several times to the front desk to make operational
Charged a deposit fee for each room every week
Having to rent 2 rooms because I was traveling with 4 well mannered dogs plus paid an extra 15$ per dog per day
After dark the place felt sketchy

Door to room took forever to close. The desk clerk tried to charge me $20 when I asked for a noon check-out.

This is the worst Quality Inn we have ever stayed at. The desk clerk/ property manger is a thief. We booked the property for an extended stay and only stayed 4 days. They promised a refund within 30 days and it has been well over that with no credit.
DO NOT STAY HERE OR USE BOOKING. COM TO RESERVE ANYTHING!!! THEY ARE THIEVES!

The elevator was slow and unsafe. when the doors to the elevator opened the elevator floor was not even with the hall floor. there was about a 8 inch difference between the floor and the elevator floor. A member of the staff took my wife and I up to point this out. I wonder about the people he didn't escort up. There were 5 lamps in our room. two didn't have lightbulbs and one wasn't plugged and was not close to a outlet. When I booked my room I saw where it was $99 a night. What I didn't know was that was only for my first night. When I saw where the room went up to $199 a night for Friday and Saturday. I blame BOOKINGS.COM for this mix up. Long story short, I checked out the next day. I'm still working on getting my refund from Quality Inn.

I would say there was this really pungent odor coming from the hallway on the third floor when I stayed. It smelled like a dumpster almost and it was a little better in my room however I could still smell it a little. I got used to the smell after 3 days but each time I would enter the hallway from the stairs it would hit me !

Didn’t feel as if it was cleaned very well. One of the towels had blue stains on it . Rotted walls

Air conditioning wasn’t working, supposed to be a smoke free facility but smelled like smoke on 2nd floor, pool was green and needed major attention, elevator was just about non operable because when you went to get off the elevator it had a 8 inch step up to get on the main floor, walls were chipped and dirty, people were yelling cuss words. We didn’t even make it to the room yet and I told my family we were not staying here. Photos on website look a million times better than the actually hotel in person. Very disappointed.

Front desk was rude and didn’t let me check in to my room late

They have a lot of work to do. They said they had recently acquired the hotel and knew there was work to do. There is only 2 elevators, 1 was out of order and the other one broke the morning we were leaving so we had to use the stairs with all our luggage. And last, I requested an extra pillow but never got it. The prices were reasonable so you can overlook some things.

Need better and bigger breakfast options. One waffle maker, hard boiled eggs, milk, yogurt, cereal, muffins, coffee, and orange juice. Room to be much cleaner and newer furniture. Bed skirts stained and dirty. Furniture old and damaged. Bathroom had mold in shower, toilet paper holder broken, holes in the wall. Elevator to be working was very slow and had to take stairs.
