staff was rude specially Mr. Robert , not supportive and arrogant
Photos shown on the app of pool was very different that the real thing, it was dirty and poorly managed
No help was provided , dirty drinking water was given to us.
Overall experience was the worst will never recommend it to anyone

One room was good another is our majbori to stay in

We booked two rooms - they gave us 609 and 610 room. 609 was superb but when it came to 610 it has bad smell and was Damp . Told the staff to do something they ignored it and had to stay in that room but neither mom and kids were able to sleep properly - also they did not have any window but yes instead of creating chaos we decided let it be its just for one day stay. But yes for upcoming guests it’s quite close to Taj Mahal and yes 609 was good room to stay in though it also do not have any open window but yes it’s not Damp infact they should renovate damp room asap
