寒いので　毛布を出した所　髪の毛が数本付いていて　気持ちが悪いので、使えなかった

電話での対応は良かったです。
施設全体の外観、景観は良かった。
万博で遅いチェックインでしたので、部屋とフロントだけでしたので何処もホテル内見れませんでした。
