Jeg ble lurt av en resepsjonisten i innsjekkingsskranken til å ta en sterkt overpriset tur med bil og sjåfør til området omkring Gilgit. Han sa hotellet gikk god for dette opplegget, men har mistanke om at det var en bekjent av resepsjonisten han tok kontakt med. Dette var en dårlig opplevelse etter å ha reist en måned i Pakistan og stort sett kun møtt hyggelige og veldig gjestfrie mennesker. Før jeg kom til Gilgit, bodde jeg på Avari Express i Skardu, og det var en ubetinget hyggelig opplevelse.
The staff are exceptionally friendly. Amazing shower in the bathroom, and tea and coffee making facilities in the bedroom.

Too many power cuts!
Our room had a locked door leading to the next room, so we could hear the guests in the next room.
Customer service experience at the front desk was fantastic. Check-in is like a breeze, you could pay either with your credit card or cash. Room was decent size overlooking main street and the mountains. Toilet was equipped with all amenities. Welcome fruit plate was a nice touch. Considering my next morning flight time, hotel staff was so kind that they arranged breakfast for me and my young boy 30 mins earlier, I thought that was really a nice thing to do.
I could point out the cleanliness of the rooms, but from the hard look point of view the rooms are kept clean, up to the mark and very tidy - however we did spot some insect crawling in from the adjacent room. I am allowing any impact of my review on that thing, just heads up.
Staff were excellent specially receptionist were very helpful.

power outage almost the whole time of our stay. couldnt charge anyting,
the receptionist didnt have good manner. lack respect to foreign guest (especially to ladies).

The breakfast was in line with the Pakisyan style of breakfast, but continental is available under request and is ok.
Due to low occupancy had issues with electricity as hotel was not able to afford the generator for few guests.
