Pros:

We enjoyed the entire stay. The pool and hot tub were wonderful. The breakfast and dinner was fantastic.

Cons:

We lost power in the bathroom when using the hair dryer and had to contact the front desk to get it fixed. They were very quick to take care of the issue though.

Every thing was very good, except the surprise for my puppy 50.00 fee which I had no idea about.

Overall wonderful stay and recommend it
Pros:

Likes: Very family/kid friendly based on the kickback food at 5:30 pm, endless soda/coffee/hot tea, popcorn, other dinner options on site, and pool area. The pool was little chilly but kids enjoyed it! The pool is 3-4 foot deep so very kiddo friendly. Jacuzzi was nice and hot, felt so good. The most friendly hotel staff I have ever met! Shoutout to Ebert who was amazing at accommodating our wants and needs. 10/10 customer service! Very clean rooms and comfortable beds. Water pressure was amazing. We really liked it!

Cons:

Dislikes: We stayed here for my work for a few days, one thing I noticed about the pool area is they don’t regulate how many people are there. It was way over capacity one night and wasn’t safe for kids to be in the pool with a bunch of adults and college kids acting like they owned the pool area and being wild with horse play. Sometimes kids weren’t being watched and parents drinking alcohol beverages which was a concern. The breakfast was good but if you stay here longer than a day it does get old. I wish dinner time served milk/juice options. This seems to be a BUSY and popular location for travelers/bus tours and becomes overcrowded quick. So don’t be surprised if you’re having to fight over food or a spot in the pool area. I wouldn’t mind staying here but it was just too busy for us. Great for their business but it was just too crowded for us.
