Very nice facility.
Pros:

Facility was very clean and quiet. Parking lot was very lite up which was great when coming is late at night.

Cons:

That you had to pay for the wi-fi. I have never paid for wi-fi while traveling ever.

New, clean, comfortable, real kitchen, great for extended stay!
Pros:

It is a new facility. There was still an odor ofl sheetrock mud, it was that new! The queen bed was very comfortable and the room was very clean. It has a useful kitchen with full-sized refrigerator. I would stay at Echo again.

Cons:

I was not prepared for a phone in arrival/check-in. I arrived around 9:30 pm.

Pathetic excuse for accommodations with a kitchen and so called wifi.
Pros:

The fact I had a full kitchen without any pots and pans, kitchen utensils, plates, cutlery, etc was utterly ridiculous!

Was given the option to purchase these items for my stay, but none was available to purchase upon arrival and the staff didn't care at all to help me with my situation.

I was traveling with my daughter and booked the facility because it had a full kitchen, which from my extensive experience of traveling and staying in accommodations with full kitchens means it is comes with all the necessary aspects to use a full kitchen.

Instead of enjoying my stay, I had to go and purchase a pot, plates, cutlery, mugs, etc so I could use the supposed FULL KITCHEN.

Last time I checked most people don't travel by plane with kitchenware.

The paid WIFI was a JOKE and I was forced to call their IT department to fix it because when I went to purchase to use it, the page froze and all the wifi wasn't working. Went to the front desk to ask for help and all they did was give me a number to call, because they couldn't help me at all. Took 5 attempts to get through because the system kept hanging up until I finally got through and the first person I spoke to said they couldn't help me because they new nothing about it. So gave up and went to the front desk again and told them about the response, which they again responded by saying they couldn't help me. It wasn't an option for me to give up because I had to work online and my daughter had online classes to attend.

Tried again took 3 attempts again before reaching someone and it took 30 minutes with no immediate conclusion and was told it will take until End of Day to resolve. So we had to go to a local cafe and use their WIFI.

Its 2025 and WIFI should be simply free and immediately accessible PERIOD!! Kitchens are useless without anything to cook and eat with.

Good value for a very short stay
Pros:

Close to my parking for the airport and I got a really good price. I didn't need all of the kitchen, but it would be nice to have if I was staying longer.
