Cozy
Pros:

Decent sized room. Breakfast was hot and tasted pretty good. Location is not terrible for getting to the stadium but is a bit of a drive. Room was also clean with not noticeable issues.

Cons:

Would have liked to be on the 1st floor, but that's more of an occupancy issue. Also the parking lot doesn't seem to be big enough for the hotel when it's a full capacity. The overflow parking is located across the street in a dimly lit area.

We had a wonderful stay at the guesthouse and will stay again if we are traveling that way again!!!
Pros:

There was plenty of food on the bar but it was not hot when we went through the buffet!!!

Keep food hotter the guesthouse as a whole was wonderful clean and staff was exceptional!!!
