Pros:

The location

Cons:

There was a double head shower but the shower head was moldy and the fire alarm was out of battery and we heard the noise all night on our last night. We requested house cleaning at a certain time and we came back and nothing was done. I called the front desk and they said they had it noted down but nothing was done and couldn’t do anything because they didn’t have time anymore. When asked why front desk just said “honestly I don’t know”.

Hotel room very small , hotel staff not very accommodating with early check in or late check out.
Sun roof in room made it so bright and no way to cover it

Pros:

Short walk to del monte shopping center. Located next to freeway but not room far from downtown Monterey

Cons:

The room wasn't cleaned very well. Found an old banana peel behind the couch and floss under the coffee table

Overall it was a good place to stay with family/teens. I'd stay here again for sure.
Pros:

The townhouse layout was great. The beds were comfortable. Nice bathrooms. Good decor. Comfortable overall. The hot tub was nice to use and the pool too. I liked their outdoor seating areas with fire pits. Great set up for family gatherings. Large shopping mall across the street.

Cons:

It could of been cleaner, the smaller details. The trash cans didn't have any liners, which was odd. No pens, notepads, etc. The free continental breakfast is nice to have, however I wish they had options of fruit and a protein like boiled eggs.
Once the hot tub was used by a large group one evening the next day it was not clean, did not look like it did the first day we got there, noticeably dirty.

We felt safe, we were able to get where we wanted to go quickly (but by car). Breakfast not worth it
Pros:

Location was great. Whole foods across the street was nice to grab food. Hot tub was nice. Decaf in the room was good. Room was great for me and my two kids with space to spread out a little

Cons:

Breakfast wasn't great. Even my kids wouldn't eat the muffins. Any fruit or even oatmeal would have been really nice, it didn't need to be fancy
