Property was nice & updated, everything was nice & clean. Front desk staff was friendly & efficient
The $25 parking fee was not announced anywhere in the reservation, little steep for that location.
House keeping showing up in the room before 10am was a little intrusive
The property was okay
Can’t really tell I was there one night but I can tell you that it was no what I expected
I liked the cleanliness and the friendly staff. Supplied us with everything we needed.
Paying extra for breakfast. The parking I understand though. Also the inability to hook up our Switch to the TV and the amount of restrictions on it in general.
It is ok.
Clean. The house keeping did not ask me anytime during a week.
Location
No blackout curtains
Once a year we go to Cambridge for the Capoeira MdP Batizado. The stay while we were here was amazing. It was all thanks to; Brianna, she helped me via Kipsu. Brianna and Princess greeted us at the front desk. Kyrone took personal care of us during the night. Finally, Kayla was amazing with greeting us and making sure we were okay before we left. We will return next year.
Thank you,
Amen Sterling
The hotel has friendly staff and a Starbucks is attached to the building. The room, and the hotel in general looks and feels tired. I won’t say don’t go there, I think it is a decent value for the money. However, adjust your expectations. It is not as nice, clean and comfortable as most Hilton Hotels. All I needed this trip was a comfortable bed and cup of coffee in the morning. I spent very little time in the hotel itself. I will note that the entire stay, almost a week, the housekeeping was minimal and my trashcan in the room was never emptied. To put things in perspective, I spent 5 days overnighting at the hotel, and since I used points, the bill was for less than what one night at the Charles Hotel costs, so it wasn’t a bad experience overall.
Hotel staff were professional and friendly. The hotel was clean and I really liked the art in the room.
You should make your $25 overnight parking charge more clear and be more helpful with alternative parking options.
They will charge you to park $25. a day which is ridiculous since their parking lot is just a regular parking lot. I suggest you park in the shopping center next door and walk over. What you pay for is just the room, which is nice.
Staff were friendly and the lobby area was really pretty
Food for breakfast was supposed to be served hot (omelette, pancakes, sausages) but it was all cold, and it was just freezer breakfast foods that had been supposedly warmed up, nothing prepared fresh. For the money, I feel like this definitely wasn’t worth it, and regretted opting in to the buffet (especially since I definitely didn’t go back for seconds!) instead of heading to the McDonald’s down the street. At least their freezer breakfast is served hot!
I also asked two separate times through different channels for someone to repair or replace the very wobbly table in my room, and although I was there for three nights, it was never addressed.
When my room was refreshed after the first night, I was also only given one large towel instead of two, and this was inconvenient as I also had my baby with me that needed a towel. Also the room service person failed to pick up some of the trash that was in my room, and when I checked in, there was a sticky substance on the bedside table near the lamp that I had to clean myself to use the table.
There were also very few outlets near the bed, which was a problem for charging or using multiple electronics at once through the night, most of which were medically necessary. And the USB charger ports that were there were outdated, especially the ones on the iHome.
Finally, before my stay, I requested a crib in the room for my infant. No crib was in my room when I checked in.
All in all, I feel cheated spending $300/night for something that was hardly better than a Days Inn.
Staff was fantastic. Very kind and accommodating.
We had to move rooms for barking dogs. Neither room was fantasticlyclean. The shower was backed up and the tub was dirty.
