Beautiful hotel near the Dragon bridge and night markets. Lovely rooftop pool and bar. Excellent breakfast. Beds were comfortable. Loved it

Careful when asking for airport transfers at desk. Initial price was 710k when challenges dropped to 250k

Great stay post the upgrade. Hope booking.com takes some notes on the upgrade payment done.

The helpfulness of the staff.. It was amazing...

Cons:

The deluxe room with city view was not as shown in the pictures...It was very very small and I had to pay additional huge amount for an upgrade. Also AC in lobby area, reception area, floor aisle and elevators were switched off.

Cons:

At check out I had to wait downstairs for security to check I hadn’t taken anything from minibar (I hadn’t). He came back down saying I had a sip of one of the mineral waters (which I didn’t). This was at 4am so was quite frustrating.
