A nightmare

It’s a shame, a hotel at this prime location and good view to have this bad service.
- The AC central unit was off and the sun hitting my room did overheated. Opening the doors was helpful but road noise and flies.
- The breakfast is not tasty, first days some fruit flies were hovering and no coffee machine; only instant coffee. Ended up eating boiled eggs.
- The kitchen is noisy, the chef puts TV series on his phone in the adjacent space, falls asleep on the chair and starts snoring. Happened many days, clearly overworked.
- I used laundry service, it came back humid and stinking the tabac or some chemicals, I had to hang them on the balcony to dry and reduce smell. The bedsheets and towels also did not smell fresh.
- When I first arrived, a used soap bar was still in the shower and a toothpaste cap was on the floor.
- Food delivery was prohibited from the building I had to meet him outside.
- I booked a large bed and ended up with two side to side single beds falling in the hole between the mattresses (i’m 190cm 100kg big).
- Minor details: missing room tag room service. Lamp switches are near the door only. Foot towel missing. Desk chair is bad. Toothbrush removed but not replaced.

Staying 5 night at this place was tiring, i do not recommend.

Die Lage des Hotels gegenüber den großen Park mit dem interaktiven Museum und der Ausblick vom Zimmer über die Stadt und deren Abendkulisse. Meine angesprochenen Mängel wurde so weit wie Ihnen möglich versucht zu beheben. Tägliche wurde der gesamte Bettbezug und die Handtücher erneuert und jeweils 2 Flaschen Wasser

Die Matratzen sind schon sehr durchgelesen und auch nicht sauber . Die Dusche tröpfelt nur so dahin obwohl der Duschkopf erneuert wurde - der alte war vergammelt - ist das System undicht. Die Klimaanlage kühlt nicht,.egal was man einstellt
Der Kühlschrank.ist innen nass -.Keimgefahr
Also was anderes außer Getränkedosen die noch verschlossen sind würde ich nicht reinstellen.Das Frühstück haben wir nachdem wir es versucht haben einfach ausgelassen. Kein normaler.Kaffee nur Pulverkaffee und die Auswahl kannst du als Europäer vergessen. Sieht sehr schnuckelig aus der Raum - gehört.unbedingt renoviert und der Speiseplan auch . Im Keller frühstücken wo alles alt und schmierig ist war nicht unser Geschmack

Расположение и вид из окна на парк!

Номера очень уставшие, требуют ремонта, уборка посредственная, завтрак вообще отвратительный и всегда холодный. Такое впечатление что все позавчерашнее как будто куплено и приготовлено в каком то другом отеле где остались остатки с прошлых завтраков! На ресепшене сильный запах какого то ужасного ароматизатора , на этажах все прокурено , окна настолько грязные что особо в них не видно !

Food is horrible.. also i didnt like the fact that it is not possible to order food via wolt, bolt. Ure a hotel or a restaurant? Because i want to enjoy my stay and try food from other restaurants not only eat pizza or fries in hotel restaurant.

все понравилась, кроме завтрака(очень скудный), вечером попросили пирог к чаю оставшийся от завтрака нам его хотели продать за 10 манат, потом договориоись на 5 манат🥲 думаю это тоже не очень компетентно
