Nicht weit vom Flughafen und trotzdem sehr idyllisch.
Die Besitzer sind sehr nett und aufmerksam.
Kostenloser Flughafentransfer hat toll geklappt.
Der Garten hinter der Lodge ist sehr schön.
Für die ersten Tage nach der Ankunft perfekt.

Cudowny mały hotel, położony nad zadbanym ogrodem. Duży wygodny pokój z tarasem, w pełni wyposażona łazienka. Żałuję bardzo, że byliśmy tam tylko jedna noc. Gospodarze są bardzo mili, poczęstowali nas pysznym śniadaniem (owoce, tosty, dżem, świeżo wypiekane bułki). Kawa była wyśmienita.

The owners went out of their way to secure a ride to our next destination. Would stay again for 1 night,
Pros:

It was close enough to the airport and we enjoyed the wall of glass looking out to nice vegetation. Was a nice quiet retreat after flying into town at 10pm.

Cons:

The bed wasn’t as comfortable as we’d like.

Lovely place and would recommend it to others, especially those trying to escape city noise.
Pros:

Great location in a quiet neighborhood. Beautiful balcony experience. Nice breakfast.

Mattress on bed was pretty hard. Ants in the room.

Wonderful First Night in Costa Rica
Pros:

We had a brief but lovely stay at Pibi Borea! Nidia & Mathieu were hospitable and accommodating to all our needs. Breakfast on the deck was a perfect way to begin our first morning in Costa Rica! Thank you both for opening your home to us and welcoming us to CR!

Loved our stay at Hotel Pibi Boreal! Highly recommend!
Pros:

Nice room with everything we needed, comfortable beds, beautiful veranda surrounded by lush vegetation, and delicious breakfast delivered to the room. Mathieu is a wonderful, attentive host. We especially appreciated the airport pickup by Mathieu which made our evening arrival at SJO relatively stress-free.

Cons:

Can’t think of anything we didn’t like! We really enjoyed our stay and would gladly stay here again.

A lovely start to a great holiday
Pros:

The view overlooking the forest was beautiful and we really liked the breakfast served on the balcony.
The jam was excellent!

Cons:

Not really a dislike but we arrived late at night with heavy rain and the drive from the airport was quite challenging but thankfully short (20 mins!)
