Novena Hotel, anda sudah sangat baik tapi anda bisa menjadi lebih baik lagi dan lagi.
Pros:

Menginap 2 malam. Staff ramah, tp ga ada bellboy, minta tolong bawakam troli koper yg melayani security. Hari kedua kamar dibersihkan. Sarapan enak, ada 3 variasi menu. Nasi goreng, bubur ayam, nasi putih/nasi kuning dan lauk pauk. Roti bakar, buah-buahan, sereal. Kolam renang bersih. Fasilitas air hangat utk mandi, ok.

Cons:

Kualitas gambar tv yg jelek. Tapi tidak masalah, karena kami menginap bukan hanya untuk menonton tv di kamar tapi berkeliling.

After sweeping the floor, the housekeeper put all the dust under the curtain n there were so many ants there. I hope the housekeeper more notice about that.

Breakfast lounge at the top floor needs proper table and chair for eating. When I was there, they only have sofa/ couch and low coffee table. Not ideal for eating.
