الجراش صغير ولا يستوعب إلا عدد قليل جدا من الزبائن رغم انه مكتوب ان الجراش متوافر كخيار يميز الفندق عن الفنادق الأكثر قربا من الحرم

Otel oldukça temiz, çalışanlar güleryüzlü ve ilgili. Check-in saatinden çok önce gitmemize rağmen bize yardımcı oldular. Kahvaltının fiyata dahil olması büyük rahatlık. Lezzetli ve çeşitli bir kahvaltısı var. Mescid-i Nebevi'ye zannediyorum 15 dk yürüme mesafesinde. Ama yolu çok güzel. Yürümesi keyifli. Yol boyunca sıralanan dükkanlarda hediyelik, alış veriş, yemek, döviz işlemlerinizi yapabilirsiniz.

Cons:

تم دفع مبلغ إضافي قدره 200 ريال كتأمين، ولكن المشكلة حدثت بعد انتهاء إقامتنا، حيث حضر أحد عمال النظافة للكشف على ممتلكات الفندق والتأكد من سلامتها. وهنا كانت المفاجأة؛ إذ تم اتهامنا بفقدان أحد أجزاء مقبس الكهرباء في أحد الحمامات، رغم أنه كان ناقصًا من الأساس قبل دخولنا إلى الغرف. فقد كان أحد الحمامين يحتوي على مقبس مكوّن من ثلاثة أفياش، بينما كان المقبس في الحمام الآخر ناقصًا منذ بداية إقامتنا. وعند مغادرتنا، تم خصم مبلغ 50 ريالًا من مبلغ التأمين دون وجه حق مقابل هذا الجزء المفقود، رغم أنه لم يكن موجودًا أصلًا عند استلامنا للغرف. وما يثير الشك أن هذا النقص قد يكون موجودًا مسبقًا ويتم تحميل تكلفته على النزلاء عند المغادرة، وهو تصرف أراه غير مقبول ويستوجب التحقق منه.

ونصيحتي لكل من يرغب في الإقامة في هذا الفندق أن يقوم بتصوير الغرفة وجميع محتوياتها وممتلكاتها فور استلامها وقبل استخدامها، حتى يكون لديه ما يثبت حالتها عند الدخول ويتجنب أي خصومات أو مطالبات غير مستحقة عند المغادرة
