Pros:

Lan est une hôtesse adorable, elle rend service où elle peut. La chambre était spacieuse et la piscine agréable. Très calme. Il y a un marché dans la rue parallele le matin. Nous avons profité des vélos pour faire des sorties à la plage. Notre chambre était nettoyé tous les jours!

Pros:

Propriétaire très souriante et accueillante, très attentive à nos besoins. Adorable avec les enfants. Très propre. Calme. Bien placé. Piscine très appréciée. La chambre familiale est très spacieuse. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour.

Good budget place for family
Pros:

The room is spacious especially the one with 2 double beds. They offer free bike renting so I and my kids can go arround with the bike everyday. There's a nearby local market and Winmart within 5 minutes walk that you can buy some food & fruit there. If you want to cook, they do have shared kitchen.

Cons:

the smell from their provided shampoo and shower gel is quite strong that I don't want to use

Amazing place to stay at.
Pros:

Really clean and spacious room, very amazing owner who was always available for help and recommendations. Towel change and new water bottles every day. Great location, not directly in the old town but only short walk away.

Eine schöne Zeit im traumhaften Hoi An
Pros:

Sehr freundliche Eigentümerin die sehr hilfsbereit war. Alles war reichlich vorhanden. Jeden Tag frische Handtücher und alles war sehr sauber. Gute Lage mit reichlich Restaurants etc. in Lauflage. Hoi An mit seinen Laternen ist einfach ein traumhafter Ort den man gesehen haben muss.

Cosy, clean, friendly and affordable
Pros:

I had such a lovely time at this simple hotel. I originally booked for three nights and then stayed an extra two because it was such great value and had everything I needed. The rooms are clean and have everything you need without fussy frills that you don't usually want to pay for. Laundry service was extremely good value, bikes were free to borrow and the hosts were super friendly and helpful. It's in a local side street so much quieter. My room had a balcony looking out into the street, and the garden outside was full of trees and plants, so it was quite magical. It is a 10 to 15 minute walk into the old town or you can catch a grab for very little dong. There is an ATM at the end of the street and a really cute vegan cafe 4 minutes walk away with delicious healthy smoothie bowls, vegan salty coffees and lots of different types of meals. Also a fancy Spa opposite the cafe if you want to have an upmarket massage, facial or hyperbaric chamber! Many local food vendors and massage parlors nearby too.

Cons:

I wanted to stay an extra night and my room was booked so the host moved to me into another room which was in a different building at the back. This room was still fine, clean and basic but had much more of a hostile feel. But you really can't argue with these prices!

Un emplacement au top dans un quartier calme et ultra central. Que de bons restos autour. Une chambre fonctionnelle et propre avec un frigo et bouilloire. ménage fait tous les jours avec bouteille d’eau. Vélos gratuits à disposition ! Le personnel est adorable. Possible de faire sa lessive aussi. Piscine

Cons:

Plus de problème avec les autres guests : très bruyant ou qui fume dans les couloirs donc remontées des odeurs. Cuisine très simple qu’on peut utiliser sur demande mais dans les faits on ne se lance pas dans grand chose.
