Buena opción.
Pros:

Excelente amabilidad, desayuno muy bueno.
La ubicación está fuera de todo, pero lo suficientemente cerca para no tener molestias de ruidos.

Posizione ottima, a pochi minuti a piedi dal centro storico e in una zona tranquilla circondata da ottimi ristoranti.
La stanza era pulita e accogliente, ottimo avere a disposizione la piscina nelle ore più calde per rinfrescarsi.
Molto apprezzate le bottigliette d'acqua gratuite ogni giorno.
Verrai sempre accolto con un gran sorriso!

Very good, the location is very convenient!
Pros:

It’s pretty nice and worth it for the price of our big family of 7.
The pool was nice, quite clean, with comfortable chairs to relax on. The villa has a decent size where you can befriend other travelers but it is not too overwhelming, creating a homey feel, especially with the shared kitchen. There are many different sized rooms. Location is also a good walking distance (15 minutes) from the main tourist attraction of Hoi An: Old Town.
My highlight was the location because it’s close proximity to this massage / SPA place called Su Su Healing Spa Hoi An. The friendliest owner treated us with such kindness, guiding us around their community which has the most amazing local street food without commission. I really admire her multi-linguistic proficiencies in English, Korean, Indonesian and Vietnamese. Every night in Hoi An, after a long day of walking we would indulge in intense foot massages and hair washes but they also offer a variety of other services as well like full-body massage and manicure/ pedicure. I would definitely recommend giving her a visit!

Cons:

There were a lot of lizards near the entrance, personally one of my family members are very scared of them, so I just made sure to walk with them whenever we entered and exited the villa. Although I think it quite understandable because most of the windows are usually open, where the breeze is very enjoyable as well. But overall, the experience was pretty good, I do not have a lot of complaints.

We loved our stay here, it’s away from the tourist area which we prefer, the price was great too. We highly recommend.
Pros:

Our room was great, really good shower pressure, lovely balcony and the pool was brilliant, our host was very helpful, we booked our scooter, laundry and our car to the airport through her.

The quality of the beds! The amnesties:-) the bikes :-)) the staff. The towels, cold water in the kitchen, many things were just Great!!

Cons:

Aircon in the 2 bed family room is too big, blow too strong even when minimum fan.

Lan est une hôtesse adorable, elle rend service où elle peut. La chambre était spacieuse et la piscine agréable. Très calme. Il y a un marché dans la rue parallele le matin. Nous avons profité des vélos pour faire des sorties à la plage. Notre chambre était nettoyé tous les jours!

Good budget place for family
Pros:

The room is spacious especially the one with 2 double beds. They offer free bike renting so I and my kids can go arround with the bike everyday. There's a nearby local market and Winmart within 5 minutes walk that you can buy some food & fruit there. If you want to cook, they do have shared kitchen.

Cons:

the smell from their provided shampoo and shower gel is quite strong that I don't want to use

Amazing place to stay at.
Pros:

Really clean and spacious room, very amazing owner who was always available for help and recommendations. Towel change and new water bottles every day. Great location, not directly in the old town but only short walk away.
