Pros:

The experience was very disappointing. The staff were extremely rude, and their attitude was cold and unprofessional.
The bed and pillows had an unpleasant smell, which is completely unacceptable for a place that should maintain basic cleanliness standards.
As for the room, the furniture was in a disgusting condition and felt neglected and poorly maintained.

Overall, a very disappointing stay and definitely not an experience I would repeat.

Pros:

Super comfortable bed. Very clean and spacious room.

Cons:

Breakfast buffet had an extensive variety on offer however it did not have as much variety of my preferred foods as I would have liked.

Pros:

Location was perfectly placed between the major shopping complex of TRX and PAVILION… 10 minutes walk from front and back.

Cons:

The lobby looks a bit rundown for a 5 Star rated hotel. The lighting is not enticing.
For the upgraded mini suite I was put in, it would be nicer if the counter top on the left of the entry door (just below the mirror) is decorated with an artificial pot of flowers to add life to the room.
Otherwise the room is great.
