Beim nächsten Aufenthalt in Freiburg hoffe ich hier reservieren zu können.
Pros:

Sehr ruhig gelegen, abgesehen vom kleinen Zimmer kann man sich zudem in andere Räume zum ruhigen Arbeiten zurückziehen. Zimmer, Bad und das ganze Anwesen sind sehr aufgeräumt und sauber. Ich hatte das Glück im Haus 19b ein Zimmer mit einem schönen Ausblick über Freiburg bis in die Vogesen zu bekommen. Der Weg vom Parkplatz ist recht steil aber die Mühe lohnt sich. Freundliches und sehr hilfsbereites Personal. Sehr reichhaltiges und mit Liebe zubereitetes Frühstück. Da ich sehr spät angereist bin war die Rezeption nicht besetzt. Die Angaben per E-Mail und am Eingang haben die Schlüsselübergabe per Codenummer sehr einfach gestaltet. Wer auf überschwänglichen Luxus verzichten kann, findet hier eine perfekte Unterkunft. Ich werde wieder kommen. Es gibt ausreichend Parkplätze. Wegen der Parkkosten und der Parkplatznot in Freiburg ist es daher ein guter Platz das Auto stehen zu lassen. Man kann sehr gut zu Fuß in 20 Minuten die naturwissenschaftlichen Fakultäten der Universität erreichen (durch ein beschauliches Villenviertel und bemerkenswerten alten Freidhof).

Cons:

Ich kann nicht negatives auflisten und war sehr zufrieden mit der Bleibe.

Cons:

Der Kaffee war nicht gut, vielleicht habe ich nur eine schlechte Charge erwischt aber es war der schlechteste Kaffee den ich je getrunken habe. Möglicherweise auf eine andere Sorte wechseln.

Ansonsten generell wäre mehr Auswahl an ökologisch produzierten Produkten zum Frühstück wünschenswert.
