Pros:

Praticamente tutto, il bagno in particolare

Cons:

Se proprio devo fare un appunto, essendo la camera a piano terra, per avere un pò di privacy occorre oscurare completamente con i tendoni x la notte. Farebbe comodo una tenda più leggera

De accommodatie ligt prachtig gelegen met een fantastisch uitzicht. Vriendelijk ontvangen. Het was een hele klim naar onze kamer, dus als je slecht ter been bent is dit niet aan te bevelen. Tenzij de eigenaar een andere oplossing heeft. We hadden een hele ruime kamer met balkon. We vonden het iets minder dat er vloerbedekking lag in de kamer. Ook met het oogpunt dat honden welkom zijn. Restaurant heeft een fantastische kaart, aanrader om daar een hapje te gaan eten. Ontbijtbuffet was top!

Te duur voor wat je krijgt.
Pros:

De locatie is heel goed. Er is een prachtig uitzicht vanuit het hotel.
De kamers zijn ouderwets, maar wel heel proper. Het matras was ook heel fijn, kussen minder.

Cons:

De gastvrijheid is enorm tegengevallen.
- De parking was 7 euro extra per nacht terwijl je al min 140 euro betaalt per nacht. Er is voldoende parking dus het is niet echt verantwoord voor je hotelgasten.
- Er was geen douche gel of shampoo aanwezig? Wij zaten niet in een chalet maar een hotelkamer, is dat niet de basis?
- Toen we terugkwamen was ‘roomservice’ gedaan. Gewoon bed opgemaakt, maar geen nieuwe handdoeken.
- Er is geen frigo in de kamer
- Er is geen lift (was oke voor ons, maar als je niet goed te been bent, houd er rekening mee)
- Er is niet eens een gratis waterflesje in de kamer… zo basic :) ook geen koffiezetapparaat of waterkoker… er was wel lounge in het hotel waaruit je koffie, thee, water kon halen. Maar, alles was betalend. Een waterflesje kostte 3,50eur.
- Het ontbijt was ook niet zo uitgebreid. Geen koffiekoeken, enkel mini croissants die hard waren. Werd ook niet echt aangevuld.

Haus mit Charme und Gemütlichkeit

Das Haus strahlt Charme und Gemütlichkeit aus, alles sehr persönlich, man hat sich sofort willkommen gefühlt
Die Lage ist traumhaft

Cons:

Haus mit einigen Treppen – ist eher nichts für Menschen mit Gehbeeinträchtigung

Nach wie vor ein schönes Hotel in bester Lage. Potenzial wird aber nicht voll ausgeschöpft
Pros:

Angenehmes Bett, die Lage des Hotels, Mitarbeitende sind bemüht

Cons:

Offensichtlich gibt es zu wenig Mitarbeitende. Jeweils waren die zuständigen Personen gleichzeitig mit Service und Rezeption beschäftigt. Beim Frühstück kaum Personal da. Das führt zu Wartezeiten, die auch nicht gut überbrückt werden.
Gebucht und bestätigt waren Doppelbett und Sofa, bekommen haben wir Doppelbett mit Einzelbett. Leider wohl etwas daneben gegangen.
In einem Hotel dieser Klasse müssten aus unserer Sicht dringend die Teppichböden ausgetauscht werden, obwohl es an Sauberkeit nicht mangelt. Die Dusche (Zimmer 41) ist nicht mehr zeitgemäß und einfach zu klein (trotz großem Bad).

Hier fühlt man sich zu Hause!
Pros:

Die Liebe zum Detail beim tollen historischen Gebäude. Die Liebe der Gastgeber zu ihrem Job= man fühlte sich äußerst wohl und willkommen bereits ab der ersten Minute!

Cons:

Dass ich nur eine Nacht da war, weil die Reiseplanung es so vorsah.

Local lindo, com proprietário mesquinho. Infelizmente.
Pros:

Os funcionários, principalmente o garçom que atende o restaurante. Muito cortês e ágil.

Cons:

Acho que o proprietário deveria ter mais compreensão com os hóspedes. Jantamos no hotel, na primeira noite. Na Alemanha é comum fumarem nas mesas que ficam nas áreas externas. Minha esposa sofre de bronquite e não suporta fumaça. Pedimos, como é nosso costume, uma mesa na parte interna. Expliquei o motivo, mas, mesmo assim , o proprietário recusou, afirmando que só a parte externa estava aberta. O incrível é que precisávamos apenas de uma mesa, na sala de refeições, próxima à cozinha. A sala estava visível e aberta. Pura má vontade. Como não havia outra opção de restaurantes abertos, jantamos na parte externa, cercados de fumantes.
Resultado, minha esposa teve crise de tosse. Na noite seguinte jantamos em outro local.

Séjour très agréable dans un environnement magnifique.

L’hôtel est idéalement situé au milieu des montagne et des alpages.

Sehr freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal, das Frühstück war vielseitig und reichlich. Das Gebäude und das Areal drum herum ist gepflegt und einladend. Man kann sich hier wohl fühlen!

Cons:

Ich hätte mir in der Beschreibung einen Hinweis gewünscht, dass Gebäude und Umfeld für eine Gehbehinderung nicht so gut geeignet sind.

Fantastic base to explore the local area.
Pros:

Brilliant location to kick start your walking holiday. Gorgeous views, very quiet. 2 mins walk to the local shop, 10 mins walk to the suspension bridge (from there you can walk 1 hour down the waterfall into Todtnau). 15 min walk to the village outdoor swimming pool. 8 min drive to the coaster and Todtnau town.

Cons:

Stairs to the upper part of our apartment wouldn't be appropriate for small children - suggest you take a chalet or a room in the hotel if you are travelling with small/less mobile people.
