Great hotel with a fantastic breakfast
Pros:

It is a nice hotel with a small swimming pool. It is located in a city center and easily reachable on foot (14 min walk to Cascade), as well, taxi is very cheap there. Fantastic nice people work there, our flight was delayed and we arrived after midnight (after check-in hours), but Sirik waited for us and warmly welcomed us at the reception :)

The unit was quite spacious; we had a small bedroom and a living area with a kitchen (fridge, kettle, cabinets, sink, cups, and plates—everything needed for a quick bite). The furniture was simple and clean, and we had a view of the pool from the living area.

Bathroom has a nice shower and all the toiletries are there. But room cleaning and towels change are on request, not daily.

The hotel offers an excellent, home-style buffet breakfast—everything is fresh, varied, and delicious, including pastries, cold cuts and vegetables, potato pancakes, yogurts, tea and coffee, and more. You can even dine on the terrace overlooking the pool. With a breakfast this great, you won't even need lunch!

Just a tip: The area surrounding the hotel consists mainly of private houses, and some roads are currently under repair, so at this moment if you are traveling by taxi, it is best to call one a little in advance.

Cons:

The hotel has no elevator, only stairs. This isn't a problem for us, but it might be worth considering if you are traveling with elderly people or very heavy suitcases.

In Yerevan
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt praktisch an der U-Bahn aber auch fußläufig zur Innenstadt. Für die Nutzung von Bus und U-Bahn braucht man zwingend eine Chipkarte, die man nur an Tellcell-Kiosken erhält!
Der Empfang war sehr nett. Beim Frühstück gibt es eine große Auswahl an landestypischen Speisen. Den Pool kann man sehr gut zur Abkühlung an heißen Tagen nutzen

An excellent stay in Yerevan with outstanding staff, delicious breakfast, spotless room
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Yerevan.

The staff were exceptionally kind, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay. We would especially like to thank Sirik and Anahit at the reception. They were very professional and thoughtful, saving us both time and money by informing us about an alternative way to see Mount Ararat from the city. We truly appreciated their valuable advice and assistance.

Special thanks also to Melania, who prepares breakfast in the kitchen. She is polite, humble, and always willing to help. The breakfast was delicious, with a great variety of options that provided a perfect start to each day.

We would also like to recognize Victoria and the entire housekeeping team for their excellent work. The bedroom, bathroom, and all common areas were spotless and maintained to a very high standard.

The internet connection was fast and reliable throughout our stay. The location is excellent, very close to the city center, with many restaurants and food options nearby. You can also conveniently order food through the Yandex Go app.

We 100% recommend this place for anyone staying in Yerevan. Once again, thank you to all the staff for your kindness, professionalism, and hospitality. May God bless you all.

Молодцы!
Pros:

С женой была достаточно длинная пересадка в Ереване (летели из Рима), решили забронить ночь в отеле, заселились аж в 4 утра. Удивились от того, насколько уютный номер, а сюрпризом было то, что он двухкомнатный. По номеру всё очень неплохо, было аж 2 кондиционера, всё чисто, кухня небольшая.
С утра на завтраке и вообще в целом видели только дружелюбное отношение от персонала. Сам завтрак очень порадовал (до этого были в Риме и просто исплевались от их пустых круассанных завтраков). А тут прям было всё необходимое. Вообще армяне - замечательный гостеприимный народ. Было до этого опасение, что к русским сейчас отношение не очень. Не смотря на то, что выселение в 12, нам предложили, если хотим остаться и поплавать в бассейне.
Обязательно приедем к ним ещё, уже думаю, что всей семьёй.

Cons:

Вообще никаких минусов не увидел. Желаю данном отелю только процветания.
