Кофе варят вкусный. Есть бассейн.

Cons:

Номер на первом этаже, очень шумно. Завтрак только с 9 утра, неудобно. Кровать некомфортная. Подъезд к отелю проблемный, аккуратнее: дороги узкие и убитые. Парковка маленькая.

Pros:

Good standard hotel with everything needed. We liked the small kitchen area (just with kettle) including plates and cutlery. This made it possible to make our own supper. There is a supermarket very close.
Hotel was functional and minimalist.

Cons:

I booked this particularly be because of the swimming pool. The water was absolutely freezing, a torture to swim in.

Leuk terras om te ontbijten bij het zwembad

Cons:

Airco werkte niet voldoende.
Vreemde geur in de badkamer.
Toilet spoelde niet goed door.
Afstandsbediening tv en airco werkten niet.
Slechte locatie.
Personeel is vriendelijk maar reageert zeer laat op opmerkingen.
Geen lift beschikbaar.
Komt niet (meer) overeen met de foto’s
Zeer weinig plek rond het bed, wat erg onpraktisch is als je met twee reist.

Sehr herzlicher Empfang, freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal und ein leckeres Frühstück. Der Pool war perfekt zum Abkühlen und Entspannen. Die Lage ist auch sehr praktisch. Das Hotel ist absolut empfehlenswert! Besonderen Dank an Annaida für ihre herzliche Betreuung.

Günstig gelegen, unweit der Metrostation ist man in wenigen Minuten im Zentrum. Das Umfeld ist "bissel schmuddelig".
Die Suite mit Balkon im II.OG ist super, schöner Blick und gute Aufteilung. Das Personal - ganz besonders Siri - ist Spitze!
Bei ihr haben wir auch den Ausflug zum Sewan-See, der blauen Perle Armeniens auf 1900 m gelegen, gebucht - so richtig mit armenischen Wein, Picknickdecke und
Schwimmen im glasklaren erfrischenden Wasser (Trinkwasser!) Inklusive dem Blick wie übers Meer. Unvergesslich.
Eriwan ist 100%ig die Reise wert, so viele Parks mit u ohne Brunnen/Fontänen und überall in der Stadt verteilten sauberen TrinkWasserspendern. Lebensqualität, die ihresgleichen sucht.

Cons:

Die Gehwege zum ALBA sind sehr holprig.

Okay, aber in die Jahre gekommen

Das Bad & das Frühstück, das Personal.

Cons:

Apartment war an vielen Stellen nicht sauber. Möbel schon deutlich abgenutzt. Die Klimaanlage hat nicht funktioniert. Im Schlafzimmer gab es kein Fenster. Wir haben uns dort nicht so wohl gefühlt. Anscheinend haben wir aber auch ein schlechteres Zimmer erwischt, die anderen sahen besser aus.

Присутствие кухни понравилось, на неё и рассчитывали. Тарелки, холодильник есть. В спальне очень хороший матрас, подушки. Бельё чистое. Ванная комната - супер! Большая и удобная. Сантехника работает хорошо. В целом переночевать можно. Возможно другие номера лучше (не мансарда). Очень вкусный и сытный завтрак! Повару отдельное спасибо!

Cons:

Номер был на 4м этаже(мансарда). Спальня без окна - неуютно. На двоих дали один комплект полотенец. Кухня есть, но нет микроволновки. То есть, поесть можно, но разогреть еду - нет. И абсолютно нечем помыть посуду - ни губки, ни геля. Хоть белье было чистым, но полы немыты. Может не успели.
