De très bons moments passés dans cet hôtel et ceci, entre autre, grâce à la gentillesse du personnel.Incroyable ! Que ce soit pour la réservation de taxis, l' aide pour les cartes de métro, tout est fait pour faciliter votre séjour.
L'hôtel est très bien entretenu ,un havre de paix à 3 minutes du métro et 15 minutes à pied du centre.Le petit déjeuner est varié .En un mot: vous pouvez réserver les yeux fermés.

Pros:

La cosa più bella della struttura sono le persone, gli armeni sono un popolo bellissimo e super accogliente, questo viaggio è stata una scoperta. Quindi questo fa sì che anche una struttura mediocre diventi accettabile se è solo per una notte. La posizione seppur vicina al centro si trova in un groviglio di micro strade mal tenute e quindi con la macchina molto difficile da raggiungere. La struttura di per sé non è il massimo. Le stanze sono ok anche se una doppia con la “finestra” che dà sul soggiorno non è una stanza.
Ripeto, il personale è mega gentile quindi al resto non ci pensi. Il bagno è ok

Cons:

Si potrebbero migliorare la cura della stanza e la pulizia. Acqua sarebbe gradita ( anche se si può bere quella del rubinetto) una sistemata alla colazione e alle tende oscuranti della finestra del piccolo soggiorno cucina perché alle 5 se no c’è il sole a palla

Pros:

Personale super disponibile. In una via secondaria ma a pochi passa da metropolitana e supermercati. Presenza di lavatrice in camera utile anche per soggiorni di media durata. Ottima e ricca colazione inclusa

Cons:

Angolo cucina privo di piano cottura o altro utile a cucinare. Risulta presente solo un ampio frigorifero e un bollitore

Pros:

Tento hotel si rezervujeme zakaždým, keď s priateľmi cestujeme do Jerevanu. Izby sú veľké, priestranné a hlavne čisté. Personál je veľmi príjemný a nápomocný, raňajky pestré a bohaté, na požiadanie nám uvarili typickú arménsku kávu. Poloha hotela je tiež vynikajúca, pár metrov od stanice metra alebo peši do centra cca 20min. Ďakujeme celému personálu hotela za príjemné chvíle počas nášho pobytu.

Все понравилось. Соотношение цена/качество идеально. Отель недалеко от центра, но при этом в тихом спокойном месте. Отличный персонал, удобная кровать. Номер небольшой, но места достаточно, была небольшая кухня и балкончик. Разнообразный завтрак, есть недалеко магазин.

Pros:

Очень гостеприимная семья, вам рады и готовы помочь с любым вопросом! Вкусные сытные завтраки, хозяйка варила нам вкусный кофе))) Хорошее расположение, рядом с центральным проспектом Маршала Баграмяна, в районе магазинчики и кафешки, станция метро и парк Любви, в пешей доступности Каскад и основные достопримечательности Еревана. В отеле чувствуешь себя как дома))

Cons:

Хотелось бы оплату по терминалу, решать вопросы с разменом валюты не очень удобно.

Pros:

A fantastic experience! The hotel is comfortable, and most importantly, you feel right at home. The staff is like family. The lady who cooks breakfast is incredibly dedicated. Victoria is always warm and attentive. And, most importantly, Sirik at reception. I'm 52 years old, and I've never seen such commitment and love put into daily work as Sirik did every single day. She's amazing.
