Понравилось обслуживание , отношение , вкусные завтраки, гостеприимство, чистые ,аккуратные номера

Cons:

Расположение номеров , 3 и 4 этаж, неудобно немного с чемоданами. Нет лифта.

Perfekt! Ein Extra Kompliment für Sirkit, die immer da war für alle Anliegen, Fragen und Bitten!
Pros:

Ich hatte kein Frühstück, weil ich stets sehr früh Exkursionen hatte. Sirkit vom Empfang hat sich rührend um Lunchboxen gekümmert, die liebevoll und opulent zubereitet waren. Der kleine Pool war Gold war am Abend nach den Ausflügen bei 30 Grad.

Уютный и чистый отель! Отдельная благодарность персоналу Вики, Мелании и Сирик с вами ощущения как дома! Сирик занимается заселением и организацией трансфера и экскурсий. Милания кормит нас каждое утро и старается угодить каждому гостю, отдельное спасибо вам за омлет каждое утро и прекрасную улыбку и за ваши советы!Вики фея чистоты, всегда всё блестит и пахнет чистотой. Мы были 10 дней в этом отеле, поэтому пользовались услугой прачечной. Бассейн регулярно чистят и это важно. Вода в бассейне прохладная что очень помогает справиться в знойный летний день. Кондиционер есть в каждой комнате всё работает. Также есть 2 телевизора с каналами на разных языках. Уборка регулярная, если вам нужно что то поменять без проблем всё сделают. Вид с балкона хороший каждый вечер любовались шикарными закатами.Минус есть 1 и это некоторая мебель которая требует замены (например столик на балконе)и хотелось чтоб в гостиной тоже были плотные шторы, очень тяжело спать когда светит солнце. Брали большой номер ~48 кв.301номер.Вцелом нам всё понравилось. Рекомендую этот отель.

В гостиной и на кухне нет плотных штор.
И для комфорта хорошо разместить в гостиной бра(маленький светильник).

Ok hotel to stay with family
Pros:

It’s near to the Center, 15-20 minutes of walk.
Has small pool.
Normal breakfast.

Cons:

Room was a little bit dirty.
There are a lot of construction around there and it was very dusty.
Only 2 car parking lots and they are occupied 24/7

La posizione alla fine non era male... anche se al inizio il taxi mi ha lasciato a piedi perché non si poteva arrivare con la macchina..

Cons:

Purtroppo questo è il primo hotel a Yerevan dove non tornerei... stanza rumorosissima, arrivata 20 min prima di chek in... mi hanno fatto aspettare 40 min per pulire la stanza..... e pavimento era sporchissimo, chiesto di fare caffè... era soltanto quello solubile... doccia rotta, lampadina nella doccia lampeggiava e faceva rumori strani.... insomma ... era un esperienza veramente brutta..

Great hotel with a fantastic breakfast
Pros:

It is a nice hotel with a small swimming pool. It is located in a city center and easily reachable on foot (14 min walk to Cascade), as well, taxi is very cheap there. Fantastic nice people work there, our flight was delayed and we arrived after midnight (after check-in hours), but Sirik waited for us and warmly welcomed us at the reception :)

The unit was quite spacious; we had a small bedroom and a living area with a kitchen (fridge, kettle, cabinets, sink, cups, and plates—everything needed for a quick bite). The furniture was simple and clean, and we had a view of the pool from the living area.

Bathroom has a nice shower and all the toiletries are there. But room cleaning and towels change are on request, not daily.

The hotel offers an excellent, home-style buffet breakfast—everything is fresh, varied, and delicious, including pastries, cold cuts and vegetables, potato pancakes, yogurts, tea and coffee, and more. You can even dine on the terrace overlooking the pool. With a breakfast this great, you won't even need lunch!

Just a tip: The area surrounding the hotel consists mainly of private houses, and some roads are currently under repair, so at this moment if you are traveling by taxi, it is best to call one a little in advance.

Cons:

The hotel has no elevator, only stairs. This isn't a problem for us, but it might be worth considering if you are traveling with elderly people or very heavy suitcases.

In Yerevan
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt praktisch an der U-Bahn aber auch fußläufig zur Innenstadt. Für die Nutzung von Bus und U-Bahn braucht man zwingend eine Chipkarte, die man nur an Tellcell-Kiosken erhält!
Der Empfang war sehr nett. Beim Frühstück gibt es eine große Auswahl an landestypischen Speisen. Den Pool kann man sehr gut zur Abkühlung an heißen Tagen nutzen
