Muy buena elección para quedarse en Florencia.
Pros:

Las habitaciones súper limpias. El hotel chiquitito pero bonito, limpio y cómodo. Muy bien comunicado con el centro. El tranvía está a 5 minutos del hotel y son dos paradas hasta el
Centro, y el autobús C1 te deja en la puerta del hotel. El personal súper amable y simpático y te ayudan en todo lo que necesites. Sin duda repetiría si vuelvo a ir.

Cons:

Me gustó todo. No tengo ninguna pega.

Pros:

Pokój czysty, wystrój pokoju i hotelu jest elegancki, cicho działająca klimatyzacja, drzwi wyciszone. Zadbano o wiele szczegółów jest naprawdę bardzo przyjemnie.
Bardzo pomocna obsługa zaprowadzą na bezpieczny parking wszystko wytłumaczą i pokażą.
Śniadania bardzo dobre z jajecznicą włącznie.
Jest winda nie trzeba nosić bagażu

Staff were amazing, property was amazing , we walked from station as it was under 2 km but transport was also close by

Go for the deluxe room - amazing stay!
Pros:

We had an amazing stay here, we were upgraded to the deluxe room which was definitely 4* worthy, huge room with kettle, fridge, actual duvet rather than a sheet, comfy large bed, lovely balcony. I would definitely recommend getting the deluxe room!

The staff were friendly and helpful, the location is a little out of the centre but a really easy 20 min walk through a safe area if you don’t mind walking.
We loved Florence so would definitely come back to this hotel.

Cons:

Not a negative thing but the entry way is a little confusing as the hotel is only on a couple of floors not a whole building, so you have to go up some dark stairs first and go up to the first floor, but once we knew where we were it felt safe and secure with a PIN code on the hotel door :)

Um bom hotel, só precisa melhorar o isolamento acústico
Pros:

O hotel é novo, bem decorado e fica em uma boa região com acesso a muitos transportes e dá para ir a pé para a parte mais central da cidade. Os funcionários que nos atenderam foram muito prestativos e gentis. O café da manhã era simples, mas com produtos de muito boa qualidade. Pudemos deixar as malas na recepção antes do horário do checkin e já foram levadas para nossos quartos. O chuveiro era muito bom.

Cons:

O quarto não possui isolamento acústico, a porta tem um espaço embaixo que entra luz e barulho do corredor. Ponto negativo do café da manhã era não poder pegar café sozinhos, tinha que pedir para a funcionária fazer, o que não nos agradou muito.

Für unsere Gruppe war es ein schöner Aufenthalt im Hotel.
Pros:

Sehr nettes und engagiertes Personal.
Zimmer entsprachen den Bildern und der Ausschreibung.

Cons:

Über die Unterkunft können wir nichts negatives berichten. Einzig der Fußweg bis ins Zentrum dauert ca 20 Minuten.

Pros:

Hôtel bien décoré, accueil sympathique, chambre propre, petit déjeuner sur la terrasse agréable

Cons:

Chambre assez petite, assez mal isolée car on entend les voisins du dessus ( pas, toilettes, douche …), la salle de bain sans rangement ni endroit où étendre les serviettes
