Lokation ist zentral und alle wichtigen Punkten zum Besuch sind leicht erreichbar
Personal nett und hilfsbereit
Hotel ist nicht groß aber sehr hübsch eingerichtet
Ideal für kurze Aufenthalt wie unserer
Wir haben Apartment in der Obergeschoss gute Klimaanlage
War bequem und sogar Betten überraschend waren sehr gut für uns (meistens ist umgekehrt)
Auto Parken ist auch gut (Plätze vor dem Hotel oder in der Tiefgarage nur Aufpassen bei Rausfahren!)

Cons:

Belgrad ist eine lebendige und laute Stadt
Hotel befindet sich bei stark befahrene Strasse (Zentrale Lage! aber bei geschlossen Fenster merkt es sehr wenig)
Vor allem am Abend kann sehr laut sein
Vielleicht etwas hörtönig
Geräusche von anderen Zimmer zu hören

Ajánlom azoknak akik pár napra mennek, az auto parkolását is meg akarják oldani és közel akarnak lenni a centrumhoz!
Pros:

Jó helyen van tiszta, finom a reggeli és nagyon kedves a személyzet! Pozitivum, hogy több év után mentünk vissza és a szinvonal nem változott!

Cons:

Most talán egy kicsit kisebb volt a szobánk és lassan egy kisebb felújításra is szükség lesz, de abszolútt nem vészes a helyzet.

Pros:

Отличное расположение, до всех ключевых мест мы ходили пешком по округе. Прекрасная включенная в проживание SPA зона. Небольшая, но приватная и компактная. Мы ходили туда каждый день и проводили там время после прогулки в городе. В 1 минуте ходьбы продуктовый магазин 24/7 с прекрасным ассортиментом. Сотрудники очень дружелюбные, с ними приятно взаимодействовать :)
Сам номер чистый. Слегка подуставший, но в целом неплохой. Довольно комфортно там находиться (за исключением минуса, который я описал). Холодильник забит платным мини-баром, сложно разместить свои напитки, но спасибо что он есть :)

Cons:

В номере стоял какой-то непонятный запах, то ли сырость, то ли еще что. Плесени и чего-то такого не было, но запах был. Кажется есть проблема с вентиляцией. Открытие окон в целом помогает, но создает шум.
Также кондиционер в одной комнате работал на полной мощности заметно слабее такого же в другой комнате.

Negative points from our stay:

The hotel staff did not offer any help with our luggage, even though we were travelling with a six year old child, a dog and several suitcases.

The entrance door was very heavy and no one assisted us.

The wellness area was a major disappointment. The jacuzzi was so dirty that it was impossible to use. The water was cloudy and visibly unclean, giving the impression that it was not properly maintained.

The room was unbearably hot.

The air conditioning did not work properly and did not cool the room.

The ventilation system in the room was not working.

Opening the windows was not an option because the room faced a busy street and the traffic noise made it impossible to sleep.

We reported the problem immediately, but nobody came to inspect the room despite being told that the manager would come.

We waited more than one hour, almost two hours, before another room was provided.

The problem occurred around 11:00 p.m., when our six year old child was exhausted and should have been sleeping.

The replacement room was on the fourth floor, while the elevator only goes to the third floor.

We had to carry all of our luggage up the stairs ourselves.

A member of staff walked past us while we were carrying our luggage and did not offer any help.

Nobody apologized for the inconvenience.

The overall level of customer service was poor and far below the standard expected from a hotel of this category.

The manager assured us that the hotel would arrange a full refund through Booking.com by the end of the day. We are still waiting for this promise to be fulfilled.
