Pros:

Grote kamer

Cons:

Bij aankomst en tijdens ons verblijf hebben we geen personeel of gasten gezien.
Waren de enige gasten in het mega grote hotel. Dit maakte het apart.
Onduidelijkheid bij aankomst over ingang van het hotel, telefonisch opgelost.

Красивое здание в красивом месте, но все впечатления испорчены отношением гостиницы к людям.

В этом путешествии которое попало на аномальную жару я старалась оценивать объективно и не занижать балы за отсутсвие кондиционеров, тк далеко не все гостиницы успели подготовиться к этой анамальной жаре, но в данном случае эта гостиница стала наибольшим разочарованием моего путешествия.

В комнате невыносимо душно и ужастно жарко, настолько что просто невозможно находиться, есть вентилятор но он не спасает. Но в гостинице были портативные кондиционеры!!! Мы насчитали 4ре таких которые в ночь нашего проживания никем не использовалаись и любой из них мог бы стать спасением для нас. И был еще один, который всю ночь работал на полную мощность и охлаждал абсолютно пустой актовый зал.

В момент когда мы узнали о наличии в гостинице кондиционеров никого из пероснала уже не было, чтоб мы могли озвучить свою просьбу чтоб они предоставили нам хотябы один для нашей комнаты. Но неужали они зная о такой аномальной жаре и о том как в комнате невыносимо не могли сами догадаться об этом??? Расстроенна и разочарована их отношением к людям.

В ванной комнате в душевой не протекает вода, покупаться не устроив потоп невозможно.

Pros:

Die Aussicht, schöne Möglichkeit, fassen zu sitzen, Weinkühlschrank, man konnte seine Wasserflaschen umsonst auffüllen.

Es war der dritte und sicherlich nicht der letzte Besuch.
Pros:

Das Frühstück ist ausgewogen, vielfältig mit Blick auf das Umweltbewusstsein und gegen Verschwendung.
Kürbis-Apfelmarmelade war ein geschmackvolles Erlebnis.
Die Lage oberhalb der Altstadt ist perfekt und der Zugang zu den Wanderwegen liegt unmittelbar vor der Tür.
Das Personal ist sehr aufmerksam und freundlich und hat mir aus dem ein oder anderen Missgeschick geholfen.

Cons:

Das Verhalten und Selbstverständnis einiger Gäste…Zigarettenkippen wahllos auf dem Boden, trotz aufgestellter Aschenbecher.
