Very friendly - great place to stay

The surroundings were great including pool.

Genoten van een prachtig hotel met super service.
Pros:

Het is een prachtig resort. Kleinschalige gebouwen, ongelooflijk mooie tuin en een mooi strand. Mijn kamer was geweldig en vanuit mijn terras kon ik zo het zwembad in.

The staff are so friendly and the overall environment of the resort is so wonderful. I would highly recommend this resor

Absolutely beautiful! The Resort was so lovely and so charming. The pool was great and the overall aesthetic of the resort was amazing.

Cons:

While we were there, they were fixing up the pool bar which is a shame as we didn’t get to use it at all during our stay. However, fortunately there is another bar that we had access to at the resort so that was fine.

Personal Zucker! Resort kommt langsam in die Jahre. Super Lage zum Strand. Leider Strand nur bedingt nutzbar in der Rege

Schön gelegenes Resort direkt am Strand. Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Nicht zu groß daher angenehm und nicht total überladen.

Cons:

Abgesehen vom Frühstück, welches top ist. Hat leider ansonsten das Essen nicht überzeugt. Es gibt mehr Platz um Liegen zu stellen und der sollte auch genutzt werden. Preis Leistung passt solange man nicht vor Ort isst (Ausnahme Frühstück)

Pros:

We waren voor de tweede keer in het hotel dus wisten wat we konden verwachten. Eden heeft een fijne sfeer, ruime mooie tuin, heerlijke kamers en prachtige zwembaden. Het ontbijt is goed en uitgebreid. De ligging fijn, er zijn maar twee restaurants op het strand in de buurt maar die zijn beide prima en heel goed betaalbaar. Het kleinere centrum met meer eetgelegenheden is op loopafstand en voor het grotere centrum of de avondmarkt is er een shuttle service of je regelt een taxi. Overigens zijn taxi's/tuktuks hier wel aanzienlijk duurder dan op veel andere plekken in Thailand. Het strand voor het hotel is mooi, de zee nogal wild in juli/augustus. Maar dat wisten we. Er zijn - buiten de twee restaurantjes - verder geen activiteiten op het strand. Maar het is wel heel mooi en omgeven door veel groen/jungle.

Cons:

Het tweede restaurant (niet het ontbijtrestaurant) werd gerenoveerd en was gesloten. Dat was jammer want het is een sfeervolle toevoeging, vooral ook 's avonds voor een drankje. Dat hebben we gemist. Belangrijker: we zijn vooraf bij boeking niet geinformeerd over de renovatie die precies startte vanaf onze eerste dag daar. We kregen een briefje mee bij het inchecken... Dat vonden we niet heel netjes, niet van het hotel en niet van booking.com. Verder geen groot probleem, want we begrijpen dat een hotel ook onderhouden moet worden. En in principe is juli voor Khaolak het laagseizoen.
