Все было великолепно
Pros:

Чистота ,комфорт ,расположение . Руководство отеля следит за чистотой и сервисом . Удобные кровати , идеальная мебель , дизайн номеров . У отеля есть еще один плюс - столики и стулья на прилегающей территории .

It gets the job done.
Pros:

it's a nice hotel, staff get the job done and they let us check in early which was very appreciated. nothing was bad in my opinion. location is 5 mins walk from the touristic areas but note that it's on a steep hill (which is the case for most areas in Tbilisi anyways). Breakfast covered all the important items and slightly varies each day but it was nice all days. Don't expect a room view since it's in a narrow street but as I mentioned, it gets the job done, a clean hotel with good breakfast and location.
For Arabs, the rooms has shattaf which is a big bonus.

Cons:

I think they didn't change the bedsheets for the entirety of our stay (3 nights) to be honest we didn't ask, but they didn't do it as a standard.

В этом отеле прекрасно все. Мы уже несколько лет останавливаемся в нашем уже полюбившем отеле . Персонал профессионален. Приветливые сотрудники на ресепшене, феи чистоты ежедневно до блеска убирали номер. Завтрак хороший, обслуживающий персонал на завтраке очень внимателен. Особенно хотелось бы отметить Ию на Ресепшене за профессиональное обслуживание,отзывчивая , очень приятная женщина .
Отель очень чистый, в тихом районе , прекрасное расположение . Обязательно еще и еще раз вернемся в этот отель. Всем рекомендую!

Из минусов , хочется только возвращаться)

great location, very modern hotel, nice rooms

Cons:

breakfast could be a bit more diverse and it should start earlier, 8am is way too late for people who have excursions all day and the breakfast box is very bad.

Все очень хорошо.Внимательный отзывчивый персонал.Очень чистые комнаты.Удобная кровать.
В ванной комнате есть все необходимое.
Есть маленький балкончик.
Завтрак тоже порадовал.
Соотношение цены и качества вызывает приятное удивление и благодарность.

Прекрасный отдых
Pros:

Есть места в которые ты мечтаешь вернуться, Hotel Tuta, как раз то место, о котором мы мечтали. Мы были здесь в 2019 году, и вот вернулись. И всё, как всегда на высоте! Встречают тепло, кормят вкусно, спится сдадко. Огромное спасибо, обязательно вернёмся

Расположение в самом сердце туристического центра, на ресепшене приветливый персонал, номера симпатичные и чистенькие, было приятно находиться в нем🫶, завтраки разные, но плюс минус некоторые позиции повторялись
