Categories

Cleanliness
8.8
Mostly praised as very clean in multiple reviews, but a few specific mentions of an unclean bathroom (dead insects in shower) and occasional lack of inspection lower the score slightly.
Service
9.6
Staff repeatedly described as welcoming and wonderful; several positive comments about reception and helpful personnel, though one note of reception being uninterested and occasional lack of bar/restaurant service is isolated.
Location
9.5
Multiple mentions of good location, easy access, quiet setting and suitability for visiting Alsace/Colmar/route; overall location is a strong positive.
Room Quality
8.6
Many guests found rooms comfortable with good beds and views, but there are complaints about small bathrooms, some poor mattresses and one report of overheating/insufficient cooling.
Amenities
8.7
Pool and parking praised, charging points for EVs available, but pool size/temperature and limited EV charging (hybrid-only) drew criticism.
Value for Money
8.2
Several comments call the hotel fairly expensive (restaurant especially) and mention unexpected taxes; overall value is positive but slightly reduced by extra charges and pricing.
Food and Beverage
9.1
Breakfast repeatedly praised as excellent; however there are negatives around restaurant/bar service on Sundays, high prices and an incident of insecticide use in the bar area.
Overall Experience
9.5
Strongly positive overall: many recommendations, comfortable stays, easy access and very good breakfasts; isolated negatives (cleanliness checks, room temp, bar service) do not dominate the guest experience.

Første nat forventeligt til prisen
Pros:

Vi boede første nat som walk in Uden at have bestilt.

Pros:

Brilliant hotel with fantastic staff. We arrived late as a stop over through France on a family ski trip. We still made a short trip yo Colmar in the evening and then had the best night’s sleep! Would definitely recommend.
