Pros:

Staff cordiale e accogliente, ci hanno serviti nel miglior modo possibile e ci hanno aiutato ad organizzare le nostre attività di escursioni. Camera grande e accogliente con ottima visulae sulle dolomiti. La posizione dell'hotel è centrale e ti permette di raggiungere il centro del paese in 5 minuti a piedi. Servizi di spa e piscina inclusi con la camera ottimi per rilassarsi dopo una giornata di fatiche sulle dolomiti.

Cons:

Il buffet della colazione era molto variegato nella parte salata, un po' meno per quanto riguarda i dolci. Servizio un po' lento rispetto alle necessità della clientela

Pros:

Struttura ottima, personale caloroso e veramente accogliente e preciso. La camera con i giusti spazi e pulizia impeccabile. Spa e piscina di ottimo livello.
Colazione buonissima con la giusta offerta sia dolce che salata. Cena di primo ordine con piatti da ristorante gourmet.
La teniamo cara sicuramente per un prossimo soggiorno sia estivo che invernale. Grazie a tutti ♥️

Very hospitable staff at lovely traditional hotel
Pros:

Very friendly and hospitable staff. Right in the centre of San Vigilio so didn’t have to walk far to go to bars and restaurants.

Cons:

Small thing but the WiFi was a bit weak.

Pros:

Sehr schöne Unterkunft in den Bergen. Nettes Personal, schöne, frisch renovierte Zimmer und ein gemütlicher Spa-Bereich. Außerdem ein super Frühstück.

Abbiamo fatto un'ottima scelta.
Pros:

Struttura molto bella, dettagli molto curati, dall'estrema gentilezza e disponibilità del personale alla cordialità solare della proprietà. Arredamento molto bello, camere e bagno spaziosi, molto vivibili e puliti, ristorazione ottima e curata con molta varietà di scelta. Posizione molto buona, servizi pubblici molto semplici da utilizzare e con buona frequenza di passaggio. Abbiamo fatto un'ottima scelta.

Un hôtel familial où on souhaite revenir
Pros:

Hôtel magnifique situé dans le beau village du sud Tyrol de San Vigilio. On est venu pour assister aux épreuves de biathlon des Jeux Olympiques à Antholz. Situation idéale à seulement 30km. L'ambiance est très familiale. Tout le personnel (gérants, restaurant, femmes de ménage) est absolument charmant, aimable et à l'écoute. Les chambres sont grandes, bien équipées, la literie hyper confortable. Le petit déjeuner est copieux et varié, les dîners proches du gastronomique. Bar sur place et de beaux espaces pour lire, discuter ou faire des jeux de société. Le plus, une belle piscine avec jacuzzi et un espace détente (sauna, hammam, aromarium) pour se relaxer en fin de journée, une table de ping pong, un baby foot. Les pistes de ski de fond et alpin partent du village (superbe station de Kronplatz) et sont accessibles à pied ou avec les skibus gratuits. Allez-y les yeux fermés, on a adoré. C'est sûr, on reviendra.
