Wonderful staff comfortable clean
The location is perfect for a game at any of the Detroit stadiums.
I travel frequently- the room was excellent, staff welcoming and most helpful.
Overall our stay was good. Clean. In general staff was kind and helpful. Ga e it 4 instead of 5 because the morning breakfast staff seemed a little grumpy when I got there at 9am. Supposedly there was still an hour of breakfast but there was hardly any food left.
I was there for a concert at ford field. I love that there was a lot in that area so you did not have to go far. The front desk staff was also very friendly and attentive. The rooms were clean and spacious enough for our stay.
One thing that could be worked on is the hotel breakfast.
Great location, well appointed rooms, top notch customer service and a complementary breakfast. If you are staying in downtown Detroit, the element is a fantastic hotel. Easy walk to all 3 major sporting venues as well as fox/Fillmore theatres.
