Pros:

ארוחת הבוקר הייתה בלובי של המלון שאינו גדול ומרוהט כסלון בייתי. מבחינת מזון היה בסדר גמור. מבחינת הישיבה זה היה פחות נוח פירטתי בהמשך.
אהבנו שנתנו לנו לצאת מהחדר ללא תוספת תשלום עד השעה 13:00.
המיקום הפיזי - קרוב לרחובות מרכזיים, בסביבת המלון יש ברים ומסעדות אחדות.
לאחר שכתבנו את חוות הדעת, התקשר הבעלים של המלון יום למחרת, התנצל על אותם גורמים שהיו מאכזבים במהלך שהותנו. היה יסודי בהבנת הבעיות שהעלינו והבטיח לטפל במה שנראה לו כקריטי במידי.
ההתייחסות המהירה, הנכונות לפצות, להקשיב, להבין ואף לפעול נתנה הרגשה מאד טובה . התייחסות כזו אינה מובנית מאליה לצערי במחוזותינו.
אנחנו מעריכים מאד את המאמץ וההתגייסות כמו גם את הצעות הפיצוי שהוצעו. תודה וגם נזכור להבא.

Cons:

הכניסה למלון מהרחוב אינה נגישה יש מספר מדרגות וכך גם ללובי ולכוון המעלית. דלת הכניסה היא דלת הנסגרת ונפתחת עם צלצול או כרטיס החדר כך שזה מקשה על הכניסה אם יש מזוודות או תיקים. לדעתנו צריך לתת על זה את הדעת.
הישיבה בלובי/חדר אוכל אינה נוחה בכל השולחנות.

Would definitely stay again.
Pros:

Staff were excellent. Decor was lovely. Quiet spot despite being very central.

Nice place to stay
Pros:

Location was excellent. Large room with soft bedding and a good shower! Lovely balcony too. Staff were fine.

Cons:

Breakfast was simple and we served ourselves and brought it to the room on a tray which was a little hard to do ourselves.

Pros:

The location, the room which was huge and beautifully decorated and the balcony which faced a small park. The bad and linen were superb and comfy.
All employees were extremely nice and helpful, especially Ann. The breakfast buffet was great and the breakfast area was cozy. No doubt we'll be more than happy to come back to Collect Hotel.

Pros:

Breakfast was far better than expected. Room was well designed . Staff could not have been more helpful.

Cons:

When we left the hotel for the airport the hotel ordered a taxi for us that triple charged us. We "let our guard down" as it was the hotel who ordered the Taxi . It was the one Sour note in an otherwise very enjoyable trip.

Increíble Hotel.
Pros:

Solo puedo tener palabras de agradecimiento a todo el equipo, el hotel es de diseño, de puro lujo y boutique. Fue el elegido como primera parada de mi viaje de boda y sin duda fue un gran acierto. Reservamos habitación tipo suite con vistas al parque, con chimenea y ventanales preciosos.
También de los mejores champagnes que probé nunca, deberían facilitarme la marca por favor.
Todo estaba cuidado al detalle, llegamos de madrugada, pedí carta de almohadas, bebidas… nos lo sirvieron. El desayuno es sin duda el mejor de cualquier hotel en el que me he alojado, ojalá volver muy pronto.
No estoy exagerando en absoluto, este hotel es increíble.

Todo es bueno.
