A charming retreat away from a busy city

Een prachtig modern hotel met een stijlvolle uitstraling. Alles is zeer schoon en mooi verzorgd. Het ontbijt was heerlijk, uitgebreid en van uitstekende kwaliteit.

Het personeel was geweldig: vriendelijk, behulpzaam en gastvrij. We kregen goede aanbevelingen over wat we konden bezoeken in San Sebastián

Beautiful hotel and location. Staff couldn't be more helpful.
Pros:

Our checkout was at 5am so we missed the breakfast but the staff prepared some fruit, yoghurt and homemade cake to take away. Unlimited coffee and soft drinks on tap and super friendly staff. Definitely a return visit!

Unser Aufenthalt im Heredad de Unanue war einfach wundervoll. Dieser liebevoll restaurierte, alte baskische Bauernhof ist ein ganz besonderer Kraftort, eingebettet in die Natur und umgeben von herrlichem Grün und schattenspendenden Bäumen.
Mit viel Herzblut wird die Unterkunft von den beiden Schwestern geführt. Von der ersten Minute an fühlten wir uns herzlich willkommen. Alles wurde uns geduldig erklärt, und wir erhielten viele wertvolle Tipps für die Umgebung.
Die Zimmer sind mit aussergewöhnlich viel Geschmack eingerichtet stilvoll, gemütlich und bis ins kleinste Detail liebevoll gestaltet. Alles ist makellos sauber und sehr gepflegt. Man spürt überall die Liebe zum Detail und die Leidenschaft der Gastgeberinnen.
Ein besonderes Highlight ist die hervorragende Küche. Der Koch verwöhnt seine Gäste mit köstlichen baskischen Spezialitäten, die mit viel Sorgfalt zubereitet werden und den Aufenthalt kulinarisch abrunden.
Wasser und Kaffee stehen den Gästen jederzeit kostenlos zur Verfügung, eine kleine Geste mit grosser Wirkung.

Die Unterkunft liegt ruhig etwas ausserhalb, weshalb ein Auto empfehlenswert ist. Gerade diese Lage macht den besonderen Charme aus: Ruhe, Natur und Erholung fernab vom Trubel.
Heredad de Unanue ist weit mehr als eine Unterkunft: es ist ein Ort, an den man gerne zurückkehrt und den man im Herzen mit nach Hause nimmt.
