La gentillesse du personnel, leur serviabilité, le système de navettes jusqu'à Ubud Centre (aller et retour). Le p'tit dej indonésien. Le rapport qualité prix.
La distance au centre ville (pas possible à pied)
Très bon séjour dans cet hôtel ! Le personnel est vraiment gentil, disponible et toujours prêt à rendre service. L’hôtel est un peu excentré, ce qui permet d’être au calme et de vraiment bien se reposer. Une navette est disponible pour aller en ville, donc la localisation n’est pas du tout un problème.
Le restaurant est très bon également.
Staying at this property in Ubud was such a wonderful experience. It sits around 5 km away from busy Ubud town centre, nicely tucked away from crowds. Perfect for guests with a rental car or private driver, offering a peaceful quiet retreat while still being conveniently accessible.
The resort features distinctive Balinese‑style architecture, with plenty of bamboo‑built structures, thatched‑roof pavilions and a lovely swimming pool. Our spacious loft‑style room impressed us a lot, fitted with solid wooden furnishings, comfortable bedding and ample storage space. The open‑air bamboo lounge area with swing chairs is a fantastic spot for relaxation.
Staff members were warm, attentive and helpful throughout our stay. Breakfast served in the open‑air bamboo restaurant was delicious, with local Indonesian dishes, fresh tropical fruits and fruit juices on offer.
Great value for money overall. If you prefer tranquillity over the hustle of central Ubud, this is an excellent pick for your Bali trip. Would happily recommend.

Greta rooms perfect for family’s, very lovely staff! Andi and the team are so friendly and accommodating the inside breakfast was great too. The shuttle to town is also handy. Good to be out of the hustle.
The staff was super friendly and made us feel so welcome! The hotel was a little bit outside the center which made it a quit area which we liked! And with the free shuttle service you were in the center within 10 minutes. The room was nice and we had a big comfortable bed.
The standard breakfast options were not very suitable for vegans, but the staff was more then willing to adjust things for you.
The only thing was that our shower flooded very quickly.
Excellent niveau de service, une équipe attentive, une ambiance haut de gamme et familiale, restaurant de qualité, lits très grands et confortables. L’hôtel est charmant, parfaitement placé. L’un des meilleurs avec l’Amnaya que nous ayons faits à Bali.
Très mineur : aération des salles de bain peu efficiente.

Quiet area but good connection to Ubud centre with the free shuttle. Very decent breakfast, very friendly staff. Clean rooms with correct price / quality ratio.
