Маленький отель, на тихой, чистой, приятной улице.
Номер брали стандартный, с небольшим окном.
В номере всё очень чисто! Во Вьетнаме впервые встретила такую ухоженность , чистоту и аккуратность в номере. Есть нормальный холодильник, который действительно охлаждает👍 постельное белье и полотенца очень чистые, без пятен, не застиранные. Зубн щетки, мыло; гель для душа и шампунь в одноразовых пакетиках. Нет сырости совсем, наверное потому что море далековато. Не удобно пойти на пляж. Но для отдыха на 1-2 ночи отличный вариант. Приветливый персонал! Телевизор в номере показывает много каналов +1 канал на русском языке))) Есть фен, чайник, вода в бутылочках, нет чая, кофе.

Cons:

Удаленность от моря, но это было понятно при бронировании)
Очень жесткий матрас🫪

Pros:

I love the location - it’s close to the beach area, but also in a quiet neighborhood, rooms are cleaned everyday, staff is very helpful and nice! Great price as well :)

Cons:

Wi-Fi was very slow, I only used mobile data to work

Đặt phòng dịp lễ nên mặc dù booking k yêu cầu thanh toán nhưng ks đã nhắn riêng để cọc phòng, trước giờ nhận phòng không có nhân viên gọi xác nhận, mặc dù đến nhận phòng lúc 14h25 nhưng lễ tân báo chưa có phòng (không hề gọi khách để thông báo) và phải đợi đến gần 15h30 mới có phòng. Đi đường xa có trẻ nhỏ đến giờ đó rất mệt cần đc nghỉ ngơi nhưng lễ tân báo chưa có phòng để nhận với thái độ rất thờ ơ và rất hời hợt, k hề đứng dậy chào hay có thái độ muốn xin lỗi khách hàng. Thái độ phục vụ của khách sạn rất tệ
