Pros:

Es wirkt im Großen und Ganzen sehr nett, das Personal war freundlich bemüht, die Terasse ist auch toll. Auch die Lage ist nicht schlecht

Cons:

Wir hatten 5 Doppelzimmer gebucht. Bei 4 davon funktionierte die Klimaanlage nicht und ließ sich vom Zimmer aus nicht steuern. Man konnte jedes Mal an der Rezeption Bescheid geben, damit auf- oder abgedreht wird.
Wir hatten pro Zimmer 2 Karten bekommen, jeweils eine davon hat nicht funktioniert.
Als die Handtücher getauscht wurden, hat man leider unser Zimmer offen gelassen, ein sehr unangenehmes Gefühl wenn man dann Abends zurück kommt.
Unser Zimmer war sehr staubig und es schien so, als wäre da schon länger nicht mehr geputzt worden.

Très bon emplacement vis à vis du centre, chambre assez grande et bon petit déjeuner.

Cons:

Ménage en chambre tardif à 17h le 2ème jour du séjour.
Léger bruit d'ultrasons dans la chambre un peu désagréable.

The location was perfect, in a good area, extremely close to Oostplein, and thus also to the metro and tram stations. The staff was extremely friendly and always willing to help. The staff in the restaurant was helpful and service minded. In particular, one named Jessica. She was providing great service throughout my stay there.
