Solo la ubicación.

Cons:

Después de 11 años volvimos con la ilusión de reencontrarnos con el lugar que recordábamos. Lamentablemente, lo único que se mantuvo fue la dirección.
El aire acondicionado no funcionaba y quisieron justificarlo diciendo que era "un problema del edificio". Curiosamente, en la habitación había dos ventiladores mugrientos, lo que deja bastante claro que el problema no era de ese día, sino una falla crónica con un parche permanente.
El Wi-Fi se cortaba más que promesa de campaña. Las instalaciones están más básicas que hostel de mochileros y el mantenimiento del edificio parece haberse tomado vacaciones hace una década. Todo luce deteriorado y muy lejos de lo que supo ser.
El colchón era más blando que el corazón de una abuela. Dormir era elegir entre hundirse o resignarse.
Con el check-in, un capítulo aparte. Les pedimos ingresar un poco antes de las 16 porque nuestro vuelo llegó a Miami a las 8 de la mañana. No solo no hicieron el menor esfuerzo por ayudar, sino que terminaron entregándonos la habitación a las 17:10. Eso sí, el día del check-out a las 10:50 ya estaban golpeando la puerta para que nos fuéramos. Parece que para apurar al huésped son un reloj suizo, pero para tener lista una habitación necesitan más de seis horas.
En definitiva, una estancia que vive del recuerdo de lo que alguna vez fue. Si hace 11 años era un lugar recomendable, hoy es apenas una sombra, con excusas en lugar de soluciones y un nivel de mantenimiento que da más pena que confianza. No volveríamos, y difícilmente podamos recomendarla.

Ibicacion

Cons:

En el ingreso al departamento en la recepción nos dijeron que la habitación estaba ocupada ( su alquilada) 3 Hs esperando para entrar.
No les importó nada y se fue la recepcionista

with the extra expenses i paid over, i wouldn't recommend it again and pay for a better one

Cons:

very bad wifi and TV couldn't use it, AC wasn't working at last day, beach chairs were old and broken and no umbrella had to pay for rent everyday, no responsible one to speak to and texting was no reply.

No sé cómo siguen preguntando esto. Ya expuse por la app de Booking toda la situación vivida. Fue espantoso y SOLICITO REINTEGRO DE LO PAGADO POR INCUMPLIMIENTO DE LO OFRECIDO EN LA APP. DADA LA FALTA DE EESPUESTA, INICIARÉ ACCIONES LEGALES CORRESPONDIENTES.

REITERO LA QUEJA YA EXPUESTA. NO TENIA ABOLUTAMENTE NINGUNA RELACIÓN CON LAS FOTOS PUBLUCADAS EN LA APP. ESAS FOTOS HAN SIDO ARREGLADAS. LUGAR MUY MAL PUESTO. SILLAS EN LAS QUE UNO NO SE PUEDE SENTAR. UN OLOR NAUSEABUNDO EN EL LUGAR. FALTA DE HIGIENE CON CUCARACHAS RONDANDO. COMO LLEGAMOS MUY TARDE, DECIDIMOS PASAR LA NOCHE. To many roches in the room. Otherwise it wasn’t a bad room.
Pros:

Location was great all though i thought i would have a beach view.

Cons:

I didn’t like that check in is at 4pm and when i arrived I couldn’t check in till 4:30pm room was not ready. Also they charged 140.00 for parking for 4 days.
