La vicinanza alla stazione e al centro
La stanza troppo piccola x due persone,la mancanza di un appoggio x mettere una valigia,il letto matrimoniale attaccato al muro,dove x scendere bisogna fare scendere la persona vicina, e con il check in al pomeriggio il deposito bagagli a pagamento.la colazione niente di che,con(quando non finisce)un tipo di croissant di dolce e basta
Hotellets parkering har brug for en opgradering. Det bør være muligt at booke parkering i forbindelse med booking af opholdet, så man ikke kommer frem og der ikke er plads.

Locations was great, not far from the train station like a 10 minute walk, reception area, lounge, waiting area was very pleasant, comfortable, beautiful ambience, well maintained, clean with great deco, you can sit and relax in the reception area whilst waiting or planning the day ahead, you can also purchase snacks and drinks at the reception. Also nice city view from the Breakfast restaurant. Bed was very nice and comfortable, clean toilets in reception area and bedroom. The staff was amazing, especially th night staff when I arrived the Portuguese girl I forgot her name she went out of her way and beyond and is the highlight of this place, she would be great at managing the place as very helpful she out the customers at the heart.
The rooms were small but good for a single or solo traveler, the shower also was small but fine for someone with a slim and medium build. It was great for me but thinking for others. There was no free water provided in the room that should be basic etiquette especially when you paying £100 or over, what I found strange as there was no kettle in the room, no tea and coffee or milk making facilities or even provided, I mean when your paying a basic necessity is to have is a kettle and cups and sauces in the room especially when it’s late night and everything’s closed, even though I was drinking coffee out at cafes etc but who wouldn’t mind a quick brew in the room, some of us do. Also there is a charge to store you luggage for the day when you’ve checked out but have a day to spend and have an evening flight, that’s a little cheeky but oh well if water or tea were provided in the room maybe would have overlooked this one. The main thing I didn’t like in the Tom I feel the carpet was old and looked a little like it needs hoovering or mopping up, I’m a clean freak and I do prefer a clean floor to walk on.
