Amazing architecture, large curated spaces, spectacular gardens, super friendly staff, gorgeous rooms, the largest Buffett I've ever seen, beautiful breakfast, 2 very large pools with loads of pool seating and a pool bar at both.

The staff are over and beyond all expectations. A special shout out for Harta . The rooms...traditional Balinese however modern and beautiful architecture. Very roomy and super sound proof. All set on a beautiful clean beach.

We hebben het aan een "last-minute" prijs kunnen boeken dus prijs-kwaliteit was voor ons top, maar voor de normale prijs weet ik het niet...
Enorm uitgebreid ontbijtbuffet.
Goed voorziene gym.
Roomservice was enorm snel.
Spa is zeer professioneel.
Hoewel het ontbijtbuffet enorm uitgebreid was, hebben ze in Bali toch moeite met lekkere desserts te voorzien.

Amazing and helpful staff. Our room was very spacious and clean. The walk near the beach is a beautiful place to enjoy the sunrise or sunset. Pools and restaurants were always kept very clean. The breakfast spread was incredible.
a lot of car traffic outside the hotel which makes excursions a little long. however, the excursions desk offers a multitude of day trips and activities to plan.
Very nice rooms, great bed, very clean, food was very good.
Seems there is a lot of new staff that are lacking training, especially reception and the pool bar.
Nos hemos alojado en este hotel durante 6 noches y nada mas llegar me impresionó su majestuosa entrada y su lujo. El checking lo hizo Kevin, un chico amable y muy educado que además nos acompañó a la habitación y nos explicó cómo funcionaba todo. Te reciben con un refrigerio y toallitas húmedas frías refrescantes! El check out lo hizo Sangung, también encantadora. Y nuestro embajador Sagundra que viene al desayuno y nos pregunta si todo va bien, si necesitamos algo o si falta algo en la habitación, es una atención muy personalizada que lo veo como un gran detalle y distintivo de este hotel.
Nuestra habitación era la suite corner, que según entendí solo habia 2 así, una en cada piso, y era impresionante, con todo tipo de detalles, espaciosa, moderna y muy bonita. Cama amplia y confortable como me gustan a mi, almohadas cómodas. Te dejan en el minibar cada dia chocolate, frutas, unas chips de malanga exquisitas, algunas bebidas y agua que esta incluida en la estancia.
Su ubicación es perfecta, frente al mar y con mucha oferta gastronómica a escasos minutos caminando y a 10 minutos del centro comercial icon bali.
El desayuno excelente y variado con zona gluten free por si lo necesitas. Una ventaja es que te toman nota en la mesa y te traen los huevos o tortilla sin necesidad de hacer colas o estar de pie esperando, lo que indica el buen servicio a pesar de ser un buffete, asi como los zumos de frutas naturales. Aquí quiero destacar tanto en el desayuno como en la cena a Elisia, encantadora y dulce. La carta para cenar amplia y variada.
Tiene 2 piscinas muy grandes, una que comparte con el hotel bali beach que esta al lado y otra que es exclusiva del hotel y se agradece porque esta impecable y limpia, sin masificación, con pocos huéspedes, tumbonas y balinesas de sobras, detalles muy importante, ya que en otros hoteles de la misma categoría lo de reservar tumbonas es tremendo.
Solo como sugerencia mejoraría la iluminación en las escaleras porque son de una madera oscura y cuesta de ver bien los escalones al bajar las escaleras, y tambien falta luz en la habitación que es grande y hay pocos ojos de buey en el techo.
