The best part of the hotel is its staff. Exceptional and I’d like to thank them all.
A kettle in the room should be provided. Also please put conditioner in the toilet.
I stayed at the hotel twice, one week apart, for one night each time. Despite the reception area being very busy during check-in, I was welcomed with such warmth and friendliness.
Given how crowded it was, having a few more staff members available at check-in would have made the process much smoother.
puntos positivos: Hotel moderno, con habitaciones amplias y completas. Me parece un hotel genial, con cama cómoda, baño completo (con secador), y en la misma calle está la estación de tren y 2 supermercados Coop. Muy bien aislado, no hay nada de ruido.
Puntos negativos: la recepcionista no habla español por lo que si o si hay que comunicarse en otro idioma, y la rejilla del aire acondicionado no dejaba de expulsar aire fresco dejando la habitación congelada, y (había poca temperatura exterior a pesar de ser julio). Un bebé/niño hubiera tenido frío seguro.
Volvería? Si. Porque los aspectos positivos son geniales y porque al final, pasar frío es mejor que pasar calor, me tapé con el gran edredón que nos proporcionaron y todo solucionado.
El aire acondicionado NO se podía quitar y pasamos frío en julio. Sin embargo, este aspecto negativo se solucionó rápido porque la cama tenía un edredón muy calentito que quita el frío rápido.
The location is awesome. The gym is small but we'll equipped. The staff were super friendly. The room was quite spacious though I guess its based on what you pick.
The breakfast was a bit underwhelming. Nothing fantastic to write home about just standard European food thats quite boring. Having stayed in other mecures, that was disappointing.
Water disappeared on the second day of our stay. I had an interview the next morning and had to shower in the gym bathrooms. No apology from the hotel, no prior information, and no way to make the customer feel that they cared or that it mattered that one couldn't bath at night or in the morning, or that they understood the inconvenience and wanted to make amends. A personalized note, a piece of chocolate, something Swiss would have mattered. We got indifference.
Information was scanty. I was informed of a WhatsApp group for the hotel guests. I presume Information is shared there. There was no clear information on how to access it. Nothing in the room, on the elevators etc. So I never got to join.
Some of the towels and the robe were disappointingly thin and finished. And you get them - the robes at check-in so imagine having luggage and carrying robes and slippers or having to take your luggage first then come for them... either way its inconvenient to a guest.
This hotel has a very low budget feel. The rooms are very small and had little to no facilities. No fridge, no safe.
It’s based just outside the city beside a rail line in an area full of office blocks etc. The station is near by so easy to get onto the city.
On our last day there was no hot water at all. We both had to have cold showers and I could not wash my hair. On checking out I advised the receptionist, who already knew of the problem. She advised they would take off the price of breakfast but then charged full price! I have messaged them about this and requested an invoice. To date they have not replied.
I would not recommend this hotel.
