Ottimo soggiorno in questo hotel
Pros:

In prima linea comodissimi i posteggi nel sotterraneo del hotel. con poi facile accesso alla ricezione.
E' facile e comodo arrivare nel centro di Zurigo con le varie possibilità dei mezzi pubblici.
Abbiamo scelto questo hotel anche per il fatto che si trova molto vicino, a 200 metri, dalla Swiss Arena ed essendoci stati i Mondiali di Hockey in cui giocava anche la Svizzera, non si poteva chiedere di meglio.
Camera spaziosa, comoda con tutte le comodità e pulita.
Ottima colazione variata.
Personale molto gentile e disponibile.
Hotel da consigliare per soggiorno a Zurigo.

Tiptop und proffessionell geführt
Pros:

Wir hatten einen Anlass in der Swisslife Arena und diese ist wirklich nur ein paar Schritte davon sowie aber auch vom Bahnhof Altstetten entfernt.

Cons:

Ein Kühlschrank im Zimmer wäre für uns aufgrund der Hitze noch praktisch gewesen.

Das Zimmer ist sehr gross geschnitten

Cons:

Ich bin nicht sicher ob das hier sn der richtigen stelle steht. Was mir jedoch überhaupt nicht gefallen hat, war dass ich in Hauseigenen Restaurant einfach nicht bedient wurde. Ich war zu früh zum Abendessen und beschloss daher noch etwas an der Bar zu trinken. Die Kellnerin kam um 17:50 ob ich denn einen Blick in die Speisekarte werfen möchte, um 18:00 öffnet die Küche. Es kamen Kunden nach mir die vorher bedient wurden. Um 18:25 dann, stand ich schliesslich auf ging zu der Angestellten und bezahlte. Die Angestellte meinte nur sie sei halt alleine, was jedoch auch nicht stimmte, sie waren zu zweit und das Restaurant praktisch leer. Unabhängig davon wäre eine Entschuldigung angebracht gewesen. Ich bin dann ohne zu essen gegangen.

Pros:

Very disappointed
Pros:

This time honestly nothing

Cons:

I am a regular customer and visit this property almost every month. Unfortunately, my recent stay was very disappointing.

1. I stayed for 6 days, and my room was cleaned only once, despite requesting housekeeping at the reception.
2. I requested an iron, but it was provided only after 3 days, with the explanation that it was not readily available.
3. The two staff members on duty during the night shift on 22nd July (around 10:00 PM) were unwelcoming and appeared rude. One was an older man, and the other seemed to be a younger, inexperienced staff member who did not appear to know how to handle guest requests. I would strongly suggest reviewing this with other guests as well.
4. The sauna was marked as “out of service,” yet I noticed some people using it. This created confusion, and overall, the sauna experience was very poor.
5. The jacuzzi was closed during my stay. Even if the water temperature cannot be maintained at a higher level, it would still be better to keep it open with cooler water rather than closing it entirely.

Overall, this was a very disappointing experience. I paid over €1,650 for this stay, and the level of service did not meet expectations. I intend to escalate this matter to higher management.
