Disappointed
Pros:

The breakfast was very nice.

Cons:

It was overheated and the AC didn't work.
There was no drinking water in the room.
There was a musty smell and no means of accessing fresh air.
The cocktail was made with flat Prosecco.
Meal had to be sent back as the meat was raw.
Overall I don't believe it deserves a 4 star rating.

Bettenproblematik

Lage ist gut.

Cons:

Ich habe explizit ein 2 Bett Zimmer gebucht.

Beim einchecken erhielt ich auf einmal ein Twinbett zimmer (zusammengelegte einzelbetten mit einem Bezug)
Auf Nachfrage wurde das Hauskeeping beauftragt die Betten zu trennen.

Als dieser fertig war wurde das eine Bett einfach 30 cm von der Rückenwand in den Raum gezogen um die Borte neben dem Bett auszuweisen und dann zur Seite geschoben.



Ich muss sagen, für das Geld, welches man Zahlt und man explizit auf einzelbetten hingewiesen hat, ist es kein Ergebnis welches man erwartet.


Werde in Zukunft nicht nochmal dss Hotel besuchen

Pros:

Pour le match de Hockey l'hôtel est idéalement situé. Très bel hôtel, certaines chambres sont calmes et vue direction un petit parc verdoyant et calme.

Cons:

La réceptionniste du matin nous a promis 2 chambres familiales qui se rejoignaient. Lors de la prise des clefs on nous annonce qu'on nous a mal informé qu'il n'y a plus de chambre communicante. Avec des enfants qui ne peuvent dormir seul dans une chambre éloignée, c'était un peu la panique. Les chambres qui donnent sur les rails du train sont bruyantes (bon les trains ne roulent pas toute la nuit mais quand même point important à vérifier lors de la réservation).

Pros:

Wie immer sauber super Preis Leistungsverhältniss und es lohnt sich immer wider in das gleiche Hotel zurückzukommen ! Grosszügig und entgegenkommend.

Cons:

Pedi para consertar a pia di banheiro que estava entupida. Não foi feito. Também não arrumaram o quarto mesmo tendo solicitado. Ao reclamar na recepção a atendente não permitiu eu falar com o gerente responsável e não quis dar uma solução para remediar a situação, mesmo eu falando que eu poderia fazer uma má avaliação do hotel.
