The spaciousness of the room.
The hotel smells, the AC was loud and kept me up at night as well as ppl running up and down the halls, slamming doors, cussing and arguing all night long. Pool was out of service. Took 30 minutes just to return my key because the checkout lady refused to put her call on hold to service the guests at the window.
Good location.
Pool was closed when we went due to a “leak” didn’t have any signs saying that the pools were closed. They don’t have a 24 hour service desk and had to wait till 9 am to check out to leave. Buttons in the elevator didn’t really work that well, had to push a few times just ended up taking the stairs. The WiFi isn’t also free, it’s free for one device and that’s it. You have to pay for WiFi. We had 5 devices so yeah. It was 14.99 for the week. Had water bugs in our rooms (but it’s Florida so it is what it is). The price is okay, but you can something better for the same price. There’s also homeless people and prostitution.
I stayed there for 2 weeks and I only got service twice and I had to ask for service... There shouldn't be no reason to not have service done at least 2-3 days. I was told it'd be done every 14 days. Room had roaches but it was a nice room. Staff were nice. Pretty quiet environment.
Having a full size refrigerator and cook top and microwave were perfect for us to make breakfast every day to save money. The motel was very clean.
The hours that you could pickup clean towels were bad for vacationers. We were gone to the theme parks early and got back late. But the front desk worked with us.
This property is not a good place you should really take it off booking

I had back to back bookings and they were able to accommodate me so I didnt have to switch rooms.
Every day it smells in the hallways seen a roach in my bathroom and no tv service or internet connection horrible couldn’t even lay down and watch tv every night tv goes off and say no service

NO habia WIFI para mas de un DIspositivo. No entendi. Te cobran por 3 huespedes pero solo uno puede usar el movil.

When I checked in the door was locked (at 8pm). It took me nearly an hour to check in. The lady at the front desk took multiple phone calls. When I finally was checked in, it appeared the whole hotel’s AC was broken. I tried to inform front desk but she said there was nothing that could be done. I left and went to another hotel. I want a refund.
