Les matelas un peu durs
Un séjour exceptionnel au bord de la rivière, un accueil inoubliable
Nous avons passé un séjour très confortable dans cet établissement situé à seulement 10 minutes en scooter de la vieille ville de Hoi An. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié l'accueil exceptionnel de l'ensemble du personnel.
Linh, la gérante, s'est occupée de nous avec une attention toute particulière tout au long de notre séjour. Grâce à elle, nous avons pu disposer d'un scooter directement sur place et bénéficier d'un taxi réservé en pleine nuit.
Pour notre excursion à Hué et à la cité impériale, Linh a pris le temps de nous proposer deux alternatives adaptées à nos besoins : soit une voiture privée avec chauffeur pour notre confort, soit une excursion tout inclus combinant transport, repas et visite des monuments. Une attention sur mesure que nous avons énormément appréciée ! Sans oublier la cuisine de l'hôtel, authentique et délicieuse, exactement ce que nous recherchions.
L'établissement, au style colonial, est idéalement situé face à la rivière, offrant un cadre parfait pour se détendre. Le personnel s'est montré toujours avenant et aux petits soins. Un vrai plus : la piscine est accessible à toute heure depuis chaque étage grâce à l'escalier situé dans la cour arrière.
Nous avons adoré cet endroit et nous vous le recommandons les yeux fermés !
I booked for 2 nights and eventually stayed for 5. Linh is a warm wonderfull host. Everything is very neat, clear and the hosts are very helpfull. The food is good, the pool is nice, the rooms are spacious. They offer bike and scooter rental, all fixed fast and for very comfortable prices. I highly recommend this place for solo travellers.

Từ khâu check in, 2h check in nhận phòng mà hơn 3h đến vẫn “đang dọn”, sau đó là “mới xịt muỗi xong, để cửa mở” và xịt phòng nồng nặc. nhà người ta vừa đi chơi mệt rũ ra tranh thủ nghỉ, đang ngủ thì gõ cộc cộc để… đưa chai nước vì quên set up. nhận phòng thì nói dặn dò rất nhiều kiểu khách Tây ý thức lắm các thứ rất bực.
Vị trí khó tìm, chỗ rẽ không biển hiệu (mấy nhà xung quanh có) phải gọi ra đón. đi ô tô vào hơi nhỏ.

Les propriétaires complètement antipathiques que nous avons l’impression de déranger, ils nous ont demandé de payer tout de suite en cash pour cinq nuits sans avoir vu les chambres. Apres nous avoir dit qu’il y avait un problème et qu’on ne pourrait pas dormir à cinq dans deux chambres, l’hôtel est complètement délabré, dégoûtant. C’est une honte que booking ne vérifie pas plus. Les photos sur Booking sont de anciennes photos prises avec un autre nom de l’établissement. C’est un hôtel à l’abandon de puis au moins 20 ans. À fuir absolument, nous n’avons pas terminé notre séjour bien évidemment et nous sommes partis au bout de deux nuits car nous pouvions pas faire autrement. La Clim ne fonctionnait évidement et la porte d’une des chambres ne se fermait pas … entre autre. Doit être rayé de la liste de Booking et de tous les hôtels d’ailleurs c’est inadmissible et une honte

La déco avec les poissons sont sympas, les repas sont bons, le personnel très agréable est arrangeant.
L’entretien de la piscine est sommaire, les transats sont bons a changé mais en adéquation avec le prix de la nuitée…
