Das Pool war schön wobei das zweite Pool kaputt war. Das Personal war freundlich und die Anlage ist an sich schön . Sie ist nur nicht gut gepflegt ! Die Größe der Räume war auch gut . Die Lage ist angenehm zwischen Stadt und Strand und am Fluss entlang ist es entspannt. Wenig Verkehr!

Cons:

Es war sehr schmuddelig im Zimmer und auch überall in der Anlage. Für einen 4 Sterne Hotel ist es nicht akzeptabel! Bettwäsche haben feucht gerochen, der Boden im Zimmer nicht gewischt , ein toter Kakerlaken im Zimmer usw.
.. kurz barfuss drin gegangen und schon waren die Füße schwarz. Der Kühlschrank komplett alt und verrostet , die Beschichtung der Klobrille komplett aufgelöst!
Der Ventilator super dreckig ..usw..
Sehr schade weil die Haus ist an sich wunderschön mit viel Charme! Und die Leute, die dort arbeiten sind total nett und hilfsbereit. Sehr Schade aber für den Preis geht es in diesem Land nicht!

Pros:

Wunderschöne Unterkunft. Tolle Zimmer. Sehr liebeswertes Personal. Der Koch macht jedes Gericht mit ganz viel Hingabe und Leidenschaft. Es arbeiten zwei ganz tolle Ladys aus Frankreich und Portugal mit den Locals zusammen.
Es ist wunderschön am Morgen am Fluss zu sitzen und seinen Kaffee zu trinken.
Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit und werden bestimmt wieder kommen.

Pros:

The location was amazing and the staff was very nice. We had a beautiful room with river view!

Cons:

The sheets had dirty stains, i think permenent because the rest of the room was clean. The airconditioning wasnt working very well.

Superbe. Bel emplacement. Chambre double superbe et très spacieuse. Très grande terrasse
Pros:

L'accueil est super. Les hôtes très disponibles, très gentils. L'espace de la chambre double avec salle de bain, douche et baignoire privatives; toilettes séparés, lavabos séparés... enfin de très grands espaces pour cette chambre avec en prime un très grand balcon. La vue à 180 degrés est superbe notamment la vue en face sur la rivière avec levée du soleil magique

Cons:

Rien à redire. Sauf peut-être le carrelage au sol de la douche

Comfy beds and spacious rooms

Cons:

The staff weren’t overly helpful, there was never anyone at the check in desk and when they saw us waiting inside to check in they started laughing at us and made us feel stupid.
The pool ruined both of my swimsuits immediately after stepping in and made my silver jewelers turn black (weird)
We also left the please service my room sign on twice during our four night stay and nobody ever came

Nothing. This place is terrible. The pictures do not replicate the reality of this place. Do not be fooled

Cons:

This place was dirty in general. Musky rooms and mould in the showers
No handwash/shampoo
Couldn’t flush toilet paper and had to be left in a bin with no lid
Toilets stunk
Only 1 pool was filled with water and pump didn’t even look like it was on, so water was stagnant.
Sheets were stained, thread bare/ripped
