La ubicación
Habitación vieja, fue muy desagradable el deterioro de las almohadas 🤮🤢 (amarillas, manchadas y con turupes) y las toallas viejas descocidas y grises de lo gastadas. Este hotel no supera una visita de secretaria de Salud
The hotel itself is very nice! The pool and entire facility was clean. A bar is available at the hotel. The staff were very helpful and answered any question we had. They kept our luggage secure when we went out for a few hours after check out. The TV in the room was large. The only issue of note was the noise and location. Loud music played until late at night and someone outside was yelling and knocking against the hotel until 4am which was concerning since our room faced the street. Earplugs are available at reception and the kind ladies at night kept the hotel doors locked allowing entrance for guests only.

Me gustó la ubicación del hotel y la amabilidad del personal durante la estadía. El desayuno también estaba rico.
No me gustó que el aire acondicionado nunca funcionó correctamente, lo que hizo muy difícil descansar debido al calor. Los abanicos que nos proporcionaron apenas ayudaban. Además, había mucho ruido externo y el hotel no contaba con un buen aislamiento acústico, por lo que tampoco pudimos dormir bien.
También considero que las escaleras pueden ser peligrosas, especialmente para niños, y el hecho de que no haya ascensor hace la experiencia poco cómoda. Personalmente, sentí que el lugar se asemeja más a un hostal que a un hotel.
The location and concept of the property really stands out. It’s cosy and has a lot of potential, unfortunately the potential is not utilized by the owner.
The bar is on the ground floor instead of the top floor where the jacuzzi is.
Breakfast is very basic and it’s set, no options are provided to personalize the breakfast.
Rooms are dated and need renovations.

The tub was dirty, the pictures do not correspond with the bedroom that was given to me, the place is not exactly as the pictures, the breakfast is really basic there is no options, it is what it is, and it was so less. And the elevator was not working so I had to take my heavy bags all the way to the third floor using the stairs
