Very good place to stay with rooftop bar
Pros:

Excellent location near the centre, tram and train. Excellent rooftop bar felix and rooms fine.

Cons:

Long walk to my room which was compoubded by having to walk back reception again when key card didnt work the first time. Small towels but to be fair they offered extra towels.

Sehr gut, gerne wieder.
Pros:

Sehr großes Familienzimmer, zum Innenhof gelegen. Zentrale Lage.

Cons:

Klimaanlagen war leider defekt. Wir konnten aber die Fenster geöffnet lassen, da Lage zum Innenhof.
Daher kein Problem mit der Raumtemperatur.

Trotzdem kommen wir wieder.
Pros:

Das Frühstück war lecker und die Bar samt Personal war sehr freundlich und nett. Die Lage ist unschlagbar.

Cons:

Das Zimmer war sehr laut und sehr sehr warm. Vielleicht sollte man an die Fenster einen Sonnenschutz anbringen und wenigstens einen Ventilator für die Sommerzeit in das Zimmer stellen.

Kann man nochmal machen - mit gebuchtem Zimmer
Pros:

Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich, Frühstück sehr gut, Blick vom Frühstücksraum auf den Augustplatz ist fantastisch

Cons:

Sehr verwinkelt bis zum Nebengebäude, Hatten Studio mit Stadtblick gebucht und nicht erhalten, dafür eine großzügige Erstattung (Rückerstattung steht aber noch aus!!!)

Conference league cup final stay
Pros:

Fantastic apartments, has everything you need, very very clean, amazing helpful staff & the location in perfect! We were there for the Conference League Cup Final (crystal palace 👊🔴🔵🦅) & the entire hotel looked after us Palace fans very well so i can highly recommend! The only down side is they don't take cash so make sure you have a card 👍
