Localização, apesar do retorno ser longe pra quem vem de BH. Café da manhã aceitável. Preço da diária. Pontualidade do transfer.

Cons:

Barulho do corredor e dos quartos (acordei as 4h graças ao alarme do outro quarto). Luz branca/fria dos quartos. Não tem ducha higiênica. TV sem função smart. Transfer caro pra quem está sozinho, pois o preço é por quarto.
