Pros:

Tolle Lage, sehr freundliches Personal. Leider gab es aufgrund von Personalmangel keinen Roomservice, was für 2 Tage kein Problem war, für einen längeren Aufenthalt jedoch stören würde. Die Lage ist perfekt, um Exeter zu erkunden!

Das Frühstück.

Cons:

Wir haben zu viert 2 Nächte in einem Zimmer mit einem Doppelbett und einer schmalen Schlafcouch verbracht. Die war so unbequem, dass keiner darauf gut schlafen konnte. Wir haben nach einer Nacht getauscht, damit jeder wenigstens eine Nacht Schlaf abbekommt. Die Klimaanlage funktionierte nicht; wir haben zwei Ventilatoren bekommen. Das Fenster ließ sich nicht öffnen, es wurde schnell stickig. Wir haben die Türe zum Gang offen gelassen, weil wir das Gefühl hatten, keinen frischen Sauerstoff zu bekommen. Das Duschgel war nicht aufgefüllt. Alles in allem keine gute Erfahrung.

Handtücher hatten Löcher. Personal nicht besonders freundlich. Beim Frühstück musste man anstehen, um einen Tisch zu bekommen. Wenig Auswahl beim Frühstück.

Lovely room and shower but breakfast spoilt it for us.

Location, parking and friendly staff.

Cons:

Breakfast was poor in comparison to other hotels we have stayed in. It does state hot breakfast but it was basic with bread products not being of high quality. Fruit consisted of apples and oranges but cut fruit was not available. No pastries just mini muffins reminiscent of supermarket multipacks.
Breakfast room was over crowded and even though staff were organised and professional, it was not a relaxing experience.
