Friendly staff, great location and great dinner and breakfast menu. We were very impressed with the fact that there were so many gluten free options and a gluten free toaster at breakfast!!!
We booked twin rooms but got a double room on the day. Not sure why our booking was changed.

Access on foot with reduced mobility not straightforward as direct ways from bus stop via steps or underpass (steps again). Had to cross road with no crossing. Otherwise hotel fine.
Das Hotel entsprach anderen Hotels der Kette. Das Bad war groß und auch das Zimmer bot ausreichend Platz für drei Personen. Das Personal hat die Schlange während des Frühstücks gut gemanagt und war durchweg freundlich und bemüht. Positiver war, dass es zum Frühstück mehr vegane Alternativen gab.
Wir haben die Schokocreme beim Frühstück vermisst. Englisches Frühstück ist grundsätzlich nicht unser Fall, das ist aber nicht dem Hotel anzulasten.
