地點不錯,有免費大停車場,7/11就在旁邊

Cons:

提早將行李寄放在房內,因下雨需要打開行李更換衣物,花了5分鐘,突然有位女性服務人員居然來罵,說我們弄太久了.......真是傻眼.....第一次遇到住自已的房間還被罵!!

Comfortable, convenient overnight stay
Pros:

Location is excellent for those with early morning flights. The hotel booked a taxi for us the night before, no extra charge. Decided to cab instead of the train cos we had quite a few pieces of biggish luggage. The taxi ride was under 10 min, smooth with no traffic jam.

Self check-in was a breeze, and immediately after, the concierge gave me a complimentary ticket to the female onsen. Was novel picking the extra pillows from the lobby. But cos we arrived late at night, the shelves were almost empty by then.

Room size felt a bit larger than anticipated. The toilet was large, with separate doors for WC, bath, sink which was really useful and efficient when u are short of time.

The 7-11 just outside the hotel was super convenient and we also dined at a small little Genghis Khan eatery 5 min walk away that closed late. Very quaint, very local!

Cons:

Security was laxed compared to other hotels. You don't need to tap your room card in the lift to access different floors

Overall - a good choice - we would stay here again for its access to the airport.
Pros:

Great location - next to train station with easy access to New Chitose airport. The room was small but well appointed. We were also pleasantly surprised because the hotel had an onsen.

Cons:

This is not a complaint - but also unexpected. The “staff” were very “hands off”…they seemed to be there only to direct us to the machine for self-serve check-in.
