Everything! From its location, to great room with the best view! Staff were very kind! Everything was amazing! Breakfast had different options everyday and everyone could find something good to eat however picky with food someone is ;)

Location was great. Right next to the big synagogue. Walking distance to anything you want plus transportation. Breakfast had countless options and coffee drinks w little desserts available all day
Some of the staff were incredibly nice and others. Some were not. Some desk staff apathetic and lazy and act like you’re bothering them but nice enough. A guy in the main by the street restaurant was incredibly rude for no reason. I’d say that was y experience all over Budapest half the service ppl were great half were rude. Saw that same thing here a bit

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location is fantastic, within walking distance of all the main places and attractions worth seeing, which made exploring the city very easy and convenient.
The breakfast buffet was excellent, with a great variety of options and something for everyone. We also really appreciated the complimentary refreshments available throughout the day — tea, coffee, juice, and cake were all available for free, which was a lovely extra touch.
Overall, a great hotel with an excellent location, delicious breakfast, and thoughtful complimentary amenities. We would happily stay here again!

Die gute Lage und die zweckmäßige Ausstattung. Allerdings ist es kein 4 Sterne Hotel, dazu ist zu sehr in die Jahre gekommen.
Das Frühstück und der Frühstücksraum im Untergeschoss waren niemals einem 4 Sterne Hotel entsprechend. Es war zweckmäßig und ok, aber mehr nicht.

Está muy bien ubicado, en pleno barrio judío, al lado de la gran sinagoga. También está cerca de donde se coge y te deja el autobús 100E para ir al aeropuerto. Está relativamente cerca del puente de las cadenas y de la zona del río. Una cosa que me ha gustado bastante es la posibilidad de utilizar la zona del comedor para beber agua fresca, limonada, incluso algún dulce, durante todo el día. Yo lo utilicé el último día de mi estancia para estar trabajando con el ordenador, es muy cómodo y útil. También me ha gustado la iniciativa de que sólo limpien las habitaciones si lo solicitas. Yo, que estuve sólo 2 noches, no lo creí necesario y me parece una idea muy buena para el medio ambiente.
No hubo nada que no me gustase. La habitación individual un poco pequeña pero la verdad es que no necesitaba nada más. Quizás el único punto negativo es que para llegar a mi habitación tuve que subir un tramo de escaleras, el ascensor no llegaba hasta ella.
