Het was er snikheet en het was buiten aangenaam en niet overdreven warm, maar binnen op de kamer was het zeker rond de 30 graden. Ik weet niet hoe de zomer daar gelukt is als het nu zo warm was. We schrokken dat er geen airco aanwezig is. Dat is toch iets wat je op hotel verwacht
En het bed was heel slecht. Wij hebben bijna niet geslapen en heel veel last gehad van het bed. We hadden nog nooit in zo een slecht bed geslapen.

uitgebreid ontbijt, grote van de kamer was eigenlijk upgrade

Cons:

kamer was onder het dak met mobiele airco die zeer veel lawaai maakt en de temperatuur amper omlaag kreeg. Slapen met dat ding was niet mogelijk
ontbijt was onderbemand waardoor je lang moest wachten aan de aanmeldtoog en er vele tafels vrij waren maar nog niet afgeruimd. Ontbijt zelf was ruim en lekker.
Totaalprijs was te hoog voor wat we ervoor kregen.

Wer eine große Suite mit Mega Frühstück in einem tollen Hotel möchte, ist hier genau richtig.
Pros:

Alles sehr sauber und die Anlage war schön gepflegt. Der große Parkplatz für die Gäste direkt am Hotel mit Schranken. Die tollen, riesigen Suiten mit Balkon und viel Platz, einem großen Bad mit Dusche. Außergewöhnlich die Eckbadewanne direkt im Schlafraum, welche wir auch gerne genutzt haben. Das Frühstücksbuffet war wirklich Mega und reichlich Auswahl an vielen Sachen. Das Personal super freundlich und immer entspannt. Ein wirklich toller Aufenthalt im Hotel = DANKE

Cons:

Wir haben einen Pool im Hotel erwartet, aber es war ein Hallenbad vor Ort, was nur bis 18.00 Uhr geöffnet war.

Séjour très décevant qui ne vaut pas son prix.

Nous avons réservé cet hôtel 4 étoiles via Booking (plus de 200 € pour deux nuits, sans petit-déjeuner) en utilisant les filtres « piscine » et « centre de bien-être ». À notre arrivée, nous découvrons que la piscine n’est pas dans l’hôtel mais dans un complexe extérieur, ouvert au public et payant, tout comme l’espace bien-être. C’est très trompeur.

Lorsque j’ai demandé à annuler la réservation, cela m’a été refusé. Le réceptionniste nous a d’abord proposé uniquement deux accès à la piscine en geste commercial. Lorsque j’ai appris que l’accès au wellness était également payant et que j’ai exprimé mon mécontentement, il a finalement accepté de nous offrir l’accès complet au complexe aquatique.

Par la suite, lorsque j’ai contacté Booking, l’hôtel a affirmé que tout était clairement indiqué sur l’annonce, ce qui contredit les explications données sur place par le réceptionniste.

La chambre était vieillotte et ne correspondait pas aux photos. Le minibar ne fonctionnait pas et il faisait une chaleur étouffante dans la chambre comme dans les couloirs. Enfin, malgré trois demandes, il m’a été impossible de rencontrer un responsable.

Le personnel d’accueil est resté courtois, mais le manque de transparence sur les prestations et l’absence de réponse de la direction ne sont pas dignes d’un hôtel 4 étoiles.
