Very good hotel, fit for a short stay in the city.
Pros:

Staff were very friendly and welcoming, felt like they went above to accommodate most requests. There was a decent selection at breakfast, and food arrived quickly. Very clean hotel reception and rooms were immaculate, with the bathroom also having mini toiletries.

Cons:

Due to the location of the hotel, which I hadn't realised was a bar and club area of Liverpool, there was quite a lot of noise you could hear at night. Also no aircon within the room.

Would love to receive my deposit back since it’s been weeks since we stayed. but otherwise was good.

location was perfect. right by Liverpool One

Cons:

That is didn’t receive my £50 deposit back although we didn’t leave any mess in the room or break anything.
