La ubicación es excelente, bien comunicada para tomar bus al eropuerto y para caminar cercano a los lugares de interés turístico.
Haber estado 1 dia mas, con 2 noches no fue suficiente. (No es problema del hotel)
I really enjoyed the breakfast during my stay. The hotel is only a few minutes walk from the city centre and Albert Dock area. The bedroom was very spacious with lots of lights and Wi-Fi sockets.

I booked the double room with Terrace which is a balcony but lovely to sit on with a lovely view. I couldn’t open the double doors properly because the table outside was too big but other than that that was the best thing you’ve had the property.
The main things I didn’t like was thel staff member arguing with my guest when they arrived due to a misunderstanding, when he arrived, he was told that I had to come down and book him in so he phoned me to let me know and I phoned reception and spoke to a lady confirmed that I needed to come down to collect the guest. This phone call was relayed to my guest who assumed it was the green light to head up , This then resulted in the night staff becoming rude and angry towards my guest which cause confrontation and as I arrived up to the ground floor, I could hear them both shouting.
